Pros:

比較的清潔感のあるホテルでスタッフの方々はとても親切でした。SIMカードを替えたいと伝えたら安全ピンをくれました。部屋にトイレットペーパーや石鹸はなく、蚊がたくさんいました。シャワーが出ず対応してもらいましたが結局お湯は出ませんでした。

Pros:

This property is not too far from the airport which is why we were there. We arrived late and the staff greeted us with juice and were so friendly. A nice introduction to Sri Lanka!

Ordinary stay, room was bigger but not clean, no blanket, no water drinking (which just give to us in the next morning), view lagoon was nice in the morning.

Pros:

ホテルに到着したら満員のようで別のホテルへ移送された。設備などが価格に合っているのかなど評価できない。
エクスペディアがこういうホテルの対応を許しているのか、非常に不満である。ニゴンボは小さな町なのでホテル位置は翌日、把握できたが、大きな町で夜到着でいきなりほかのホテルへ連れていかれたら翌日の予定がすべて狂いかねない。
エクスペディアとして責任はないのだろうか？回答を求めたい。

The hotel staff is very friendly. There is a bakery and supermarket nearby. The fish market is within walking distance. Good hotel.
朝9時に到着。早過ぎて少々スタッフを困らせてしまいましたが、断られずにレストランで待たせて頂けました。朝食を頂きながら待っていると、1時間程で部屋を用意してくれました。私達の中学生程度の英語にも親切に答えてくださり、チャータータクシーの遅刻にクレームを入れてくれたりもしました。大変親切なスタッフ(オーナー？)でした。朝食もボリュームのあるセットメニューで、ジュースも濃くて美味しかったです。部屋はバルコニー付きラグーンビュー部屋。シャワーは水量少ないが熱い湯が出た。アメニティは無いに等しい。自分で用意した方が良い。ベッドは掛け布団ではなく、掛けシーツだった。バスタオルが2枚あったので大きい目のバスタオルを掛け布団代わりに寝た。料金の割に良い宿であった。

Only a 2 star hotel at best
Pros:

Not as advertised. The hotel unfortunately is a bit shabby, and location is on a busy main road at one side a very noisy school on the other. Condition of the room was ok. No more than a 2 star hotel. Price we paid was definitely not worth it.

Pros:

Fantastic room overlooking the lagoon full of wild life. Hotel located on the edge of town, 5mins walk to shops & markets etc: 5mins Tuk tuk ride to beach, and only 15 mins taxi ride to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble. Car or motorbike hire also tours can all be arranged by the hotel at reasonable rates to suit you. Great value and highly recommended, a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Close to downtown, fish market, Dutch fort. Short tuk tuk ride to the beach and Buddhist Temple. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay again.
