гостей отказывались заселять, так оплата была произведена через сервис букинг по моей карте. хотя до заезда сотрудник отеля подтвердила, что все в порядке, бронирование есть, проблем с заездом не будет.

there wasn’t too much things What was in the photos, for example small forest like cottages which was in the photo , they told us they are repairing it, water boiler wasn’t working, when they cleaned the room didn’t give us free waters, furniture was demaged

Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Close to the centre. Good bathroom and room sizes. Parking at the hotel was good. Felt welcomed by the staff. Arrived late in the early hours of the morning but was offered food by the staff. Great place to stay

Pros:

Very nice service. Nice room. Food was very good and room delivery was available at all times. Fast check in and check out.

Cons:

Bad smell from the drain next to the hot tub. You can even smell it when you are at the opposite side of the room. Hair dryer was very weak.

Ok hotel, not lux
Pros:

We ordered food when we arrived, which was served in the lounge area, in good time. It was tasty and not too expensive. The rooms are big, clean with a lounge area- although decoration is dated. It was nice to have a pool area with loungers- although be aware the front of the hotel where the pool is situated, is right next to the highway, so can hear car noise. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The staff were not very friendly ( compared to all the guesthouses we stayed in during our Armenia trip), and at reception only one person could speak English. During the night my sons were woken at 2 am with loud music playing, which went on for a long time. I woke up at 4 am with noises from within the hotel ( I think hotel staff, although not definite), banging around, and loud talking. Was hard to use the AC- would appreciate some written instructions in the room on how to use.
