Pros:

very terrible rafting experience , the staff has a rude attitude, dont care about the safety measures , and they are not fully honest with the requirements . The rafting cloths were smelly and wet , i dont reccomend the rafting experience in hanedan suite otel.

Pros:

We stayed in this hotels so called delox room with soundproof which I think it should renamed to cage in which one cannot dream of sleeping. One hear sound of others guest in next room. Beakfast was terrible. Staff are fine and polite but they are overloaded with work. Nothing is organised in this hotel. To check-in we arrived at 15.30 but room was not ready and we witnessed cleaning lady cleaning room which was not acceptable specially during the pendamic. Although we had booked room for 2 nights and paid in advance we left the hotel after first sleepless night.

I loved it was quite decent , if I ever visit again would definitely stay in !!!
If u check around other hotels you might pay little more or same but wouldn’t bother to check others Hanedan was Spot on !!

Nice hotel but terrible experience
Pros:

The hotel is good but full of fault. First when we checked in the windows were stucked and could not be closed properly therefore it was soo much cold then the lights went out for 15 mins . And then the heater was not working at all. We spend a night in cold . I have 3 kids .they could even roam around the room because of cold .there was no sofe in room although there is so much space

Bad experience ( don't go there)
Pros:

Very bad experience, from the rode staff , they can't know how to treat people,
Hotels mean hospitality, not a nice room and nice design.
It's mean how to host people and how to treat in nice way .
I advise to training the stuff how to treat people in good way
