Hotel is so close to the beach and swiming area, also hotel rooms are clean and good.

Mersine geldigimde baska otellere bakmadan once aradigim ilk yer. Konsept olarak guzel temiz ve luks bir otel. Calisanlara ve emegi gecenlerin eline saglik.

Öncelikle herşey mükemmeldi ama sadece banyoda kıyafetimizi koyabilecegimiz dolap yoktu tek eksiğiniz o.ama geri kalan herşey çok güzeldi 👍🙏

Perdeler ışığı engellemiyor. Sabahın körü kalkmak istemiyorsanız göz bandı getirin. Zaten perde çalışsa, banyodaki şeffaf kapıdan duşun yanındaki pencerenin ışığı geliyor.

Hersey harikaydı personelin ilgisi üst düzeydi her konuda yardımcı oldular temizlik konusunda çift olarak çok hassasız ve burda temizlik çok iyiydi çevremde herkese tavsiye edicem

Otelin konumu sahile 2-3 dk yürüme mesafesinde. 150-200 tl arası değişen şezlong ücreti sonrası giriyorsunuz. Şezlong kullanmazsanız bedava plaj ücreti. Otelin kesinlikle yalıtım problemi var. Enteresan şekilde temizlikçi hanımlar dışında gülen kimse yok. Odanın içerisinde lavabo var ve açıkta. Gider kokusu vs olmadı ama. Kahvaltı bence çok vasattı. Yani açık büfe kahvaltıda çeşit çok az ve basitti. Tercih edilebilir üzmez. Ama waowluk bir deneyim olmadı. Alternatifler değerlendirilebilir.

Puan kıracak hiçbirşey yoktu. Herşey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Konforlu, modern, temiz, denize yakın, kahvaltısı mükemmel bir otel.

das Hotel ist schön, das Frühstück auch. Die Zimmer sind auch schön. Die Lage und den Strand fanden wir nicht so schön.

Türkiye ist ein wunderschönes Land.

I love it

The hotel is nice overall. In my opinion, it has lots of potential but not living up to its potential. Located in a nice area with partial sea view. The room is unique as the sink is in the room. shower/toilet are in a semi see thru glass enclosure so only suited for single people. Was ok for me as i was a solo traveller but if i wont bring my family in this setup. Breakfast area is nice and big but same items served every single day. The big breakfast area could be turned into an inhouse restaurant for lunch/dinner but they only use it for breakfast and no other in hotel food option. You are on your own finding food places and staff is no help and neither they show any effort to help you with recommendations (specially the woman worked night shift).
I had lot better responses asking my taxi driver to recommend restaurant near hotel and was able to find some good options in walking distance. Why couldn't the hotel staff do the same !!
And finally i had left an item in hotel. Called them a day later when realized. Front desk said they will check and let me know. They never had the courtesy to even sent me a message or call saying the item was found or not found. Therefore i would not give this hotel a 4 start but giving it anyway because of the proximity to sea. The walk by the beach was really nice and truly enjoyed my morning walk.

The soundproof insulation is poor otherwise it is very good

We have made several trips to Mersin, and always stay at Vista Hotel. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in front. Plus you are just 100 meters from Soli Beach.

Otelin kendine ait garajı yoktu sahile yakın olduğu içinde çok kalabalıktı aracı park edecek yer yoktu o konuda sorun yaşadık denizi taşlı kayalı başka denize gittik hep yüzülecek gibi değil çok kirliydi ama genel olarak otel temiz kahvaltısı iyiydi konforluydu beklentimizi karşıladı
