Cons:

La colazione comincia alle 8.30 il che è molto tardi per i miei standard. In effetti una volta abbiamo perso la colazione perché alle 9 avevamo la escursione che partiva dal centro e ci vuole circa 20 minuti di taxi per arrivare al centro

Il caffè non è incluso nel prezzo della colazione e si paga a parte.. e costa anche parecchio (intorno ai 2.5 euro)

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo notato che il gel doccia era quasi finito ed in tre giorni non è mai stato aggiunto (fortunatamente avevamo una saponetta in valigia)

Visto che le stanze hanno tutte una specie di piccoli balconi, sarebbe utile metterci anche un piccolo stendino per asciugare i costumi e accappatoi.

Non so come erano le altre stanze, ma nella nostra stanza le tende erano decisamente da lavare (ma già un anno fa, probabilmente)

Una mattina mentre riposavamo in stanza, nonostante il cartellino “non disturbare” esposto, abbiamo sentito la nostra porta aprirsi.. senza che nessuno abbia bussato. Poi, evidentemente, la signora che era passata per pulire, si era accorta che c’era qualcuno in stanza e ha chiuso la porta senza entrare, ma non ho apprezzato per niente il fatto che qualcuno apre senza bussare

Per quanto riguarda acqua park.. non c’entra niente hotel, ma scrivo comunque.
Le persone si sedevano in sauna finlandese direttamente sulle panchine di legno, senza mettere un asciugamano sotto il sedere quindi tutto il sudore restava sulle panchine. Poi (nonostante avvisi scritti in tutte le lingue di non farlo), non tutti, ma molti (uomini soprattutto) si tuffavano in piscina fredda senza nemmeno sciacquare il sudore in doccia. Ho trovato questa cosa molto incivile, onestamente. Forse sarebbe utile mettere un addetto a controllare ed educare anche gli adulti in zona sauna e non solo i bambini sugli scivoli.

Грязные, прокуренные номера. Некомпетентный персонал. Неработающий аквапарк. В бассейн требуют шапочки, но справок о здоровье никаких не нужно 😆 . Расположение - достаточно далеко от центра. Пешком никуда не добраться, наверное, кроме Зоопарка

Pros:

The resort is okay if you prefer to stay for the short term. It is not new, “very clean” and what else you expect, but it is nice if you go for gym or pool. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The walls are very dirty in the bathroom, and also in the room. Maybe it just need to be renowned.
