In overall, it was pleasant.
Pros:

You get a lot of benefits: gym, spa, breakfast and comfort.

Cons:

The fact that they most probably sell memberships to people who don’t stay in hotel. Elder people are always yapping in sauna and this is very annoying, as well as many kids in the pool off-season + there is no need to charge people for milk with protein shake. Nobody does that, people should pay only for protein shake.

Accoglienza e pulizia
Pros:

Struttura super accogliente, pulizia e personale efficiente e disponibile, reception 24/24.
Colazione ricca e varia, con orari comodi.
Accesso alla piscina (e volendo alla palestra ) compreso nel costo della prenotazione.
Ultimo giorno con risveglio innevato.

Cons:

Unica pecca la posizione, un po' fuori dal centro, ma avendo la macchina a noleggio non è stato un problema.
Purtroppo solo in reception parlano un buon inglese, con il resto dello staff ci si capisce con più difficoltà.

Great hotel. I had a bungalow, which was spacious. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities, swimming pool and gym were excellent.

Cons:

It's a little bit out of the old city, but there are plenty of regular buses that take you there within 15 minutes.

Ha pihenni akar valaki,vagy családdal és gyermekekkel jön ,akkor is nagyon élvezni fogja mindenki.
Pros:

Szép világos a szoba, jól felszerelt. Érdekes megoldással van egy mezzaninja,ahol hálószoba lett kialakítva.
A mezzaninból a viziparkra van egy szép kilátás. A spa akvapark szépen ki van alakítva és tiszta.Szépek és jók a szaunái és a gyerekmedence is jól felszerelt.
Folyamatosan van több uszómester is aki figyeli a medencéket,főleg a gyermekmedencét,és segitettek kétszer is a tartózkodásunk alatt pici gyermekeken, amikor a szülök egy másodpercre mással voltak elfoglalva.
Nagyon figyelnek mindenre és mindenki a személyzet közűl nagyon segítőkész volt.
A szaunához csak 14 év fölött lehet bemenni,és a vigyázó néni nagyon aranyos aki a szaunát felügyeli és belépéseket folyamatosan figyeli.
A fitnesz egy komplet GYM terem közel 20 fajta kardió géppel és vagy 40 izomerősítő géppel, nagyon rendben van.
A reggeli korrekt és finom.
Ami extra fizetős szolgáltatás az a masszirozás és az étterem .
A masszirozás ugyan nyugat európai-árakon érhető el ,de viszont profi szakemberek végzik.
Az étterem ebédre és estére korrekt örmény árakon érhető el,nagyon jó minőségű és finom.
Általában csak vacsorára mentünk,mert a reggeli nagyon bőséges volt.

Cons:

Ráférne egy nagy takarítás a fürdőszobára,főleg a sarkokra.
Adhatnának olyan papucsot ami nem csúszik az akvaparkban,mert amit kaptunk (az csak szobai)és az katasztrófa.
Vagy legalább megjelölhetnék ,hogy mindenki hozzon magával papucsot az akvapark részhez,mert a komplett ajánlatuk n korrekt volt,mert reggeli,fitnesz,/wifi,és akvapark belépő is benne volt,,és még igy fürdő papucs nélkül is elfogadható lett volna.
