The location is good if travelling by train
I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had a hairdryer placed right next to the kettle, cups, and plates, which didn’t seem hygienic or appropriate.
There wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water, and no shower gel was provided. The shower had very low water pressure, making it difficult to use, and the landline phone in the room wasn’t working.
On the morning of checkout, staff started knocking on our door from 10:00 a.m. onwards, despite checkout being at 11:00 a.m. It felt like we were being rushed out rather than allowed to leave at the advertised checkout time.
When we were ready to check out, there was no one at reception. We waited nearly 45 minutes before anyone arrived and eventually had to call the hotel’s number to get someone’s attention.
Housekeeping also failed to make our bed during our stay, which was disappointing.
Overall, the service and attention to detail fell well below expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

No funcionaban los artefactos como la televisión, no había aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable. Pusieron dos ventiladores uno podía fijarse el otro no y el ruido era muy fuerte.

I appreciate the staff upgrading us to a bigger room and the bed was amazing.
There was a used dirty towel in the bathroom upon arrival.
It was really hot inside the room, like a sauna and the fan did not do much to cool down the room.
It was a smooth checkin.
When I entered the room, there was a strong unpleasant smell. Almost immediately, I started feeling irritation in my throat.
I went to the reception to report the issue. A staff member came to the room and sprayed air freshener, but the smell remained. I asked if they could move me to a different room, but I was told that no other rooms were available.
Since I had checked in around 10:00 p.m. and there was no alternative accommodation offered, I had no choice but to spend the night in that room.

No breakfast available at all was directed to a Café down road, light in bathroom poor only one person seen running the place.

It was had to find the building as there wasnt proper signage outside.
I called receptionist to give direction, he doesn't even know all the nearby landmarks I was mentioning to him.
He passed the call over and the new person was so rude on the phone. Talked to me like I was daft!

The service is poor. Room was so hot.
I understand thatbon this very day the weather was hot. The hotel then should put in place means to make guests comfortable.
The room was only provided with a normal table phone which blew heat.
I checked I. At 1pm amd checked out at 8pm... i was sweating in a hotel room.
That was far from being comfortable
