조식에서 리필하시고, 가장 바쁘게 움직이시던 조리팀 여직원분..
빠르게 뭐가 필요한지 확인후 사사삭 움직이시고 친절하시고...
지나가다가 눈 마주치는 손님들 일일이 최소 눈인사라도 하시고~
일당 둘셋은 하시는듯~~~

하지만 그 후 사과도 해주시고 침구 금액은 제외해주심.

Cons:

despite of paying extra for ocean view suite, I was given the lowest floor of ocean view where I see the roof of the lobby + trees blocking the 1/3 of the view. You have to throw away trash yourself, dishes, and do the recycling yourself. it's like airbnb..
Everything is for a cost. you're forced to buy water shoes if you want to go to their infinity pool, and kids water shoes is very expensive, and the pool access is ridiculously inconvenient. staffs were not sympathetic at all either. pool bars don't open if there's not enough customers.

A nice stay overall.
Pros:

The location is nice, beautiful scenery around the hotel. A nice hiking trail outside the hotel along the beach, with a trail directly through the hotel, makes it nice for a morning walk.
The room was clean, comfortable bedding. The outdoor swimming pools and sauna area were very good too.

Cons:

The food at the buffet was good but not exceptional or that impressive given the expensive price. The water park was partially closed, yet they charge full admission fees.
