Muito boa e confortável.
Pros:

Dependências espaçosas, garagem ampla, elevador, prédio com boa estrutura, bom isolamento acústico, armário, mesa de trabalho, poltrona para leitura, banco para suporte de malas.

Cons:

O prédio é antigo e o banheiro com louças e revestimento antigos, mas limpos e perfeitos . Em nada interferiu. Retornaremos e indicaremos.

Cons:

A acússtica dos quartos nao era boa, o hospede do quarto vizinho era muito barulhento e dava pra ouvir tudo no nosso quarto, sem privacidade!
