Pros:

Basic rooms and can get noisey from surrounding worksites or staff cleaning and maintaining the property but the location is great right next door to the cashew tree restaurant which serves the best food and coffees

Cons:

Noise and rooms could be way cleaner and do with a paint job

Bingin Garden
Pros:

The privacy of having a villa, central to the Cashew Tree restaurant next door.

Cons:

Very isolated pretty much from any other area. Had to taxi to everything we wanted to do, should have researched tgat better. Not much nearby.

The first villa we were shown into with 2 bedrooms- actually had a completely green pool! As the staff could tell we were mentioning it, and I was about to strenuously complain, they then took us to the 3 bedroom villa. Pool was OK regarding cleanliness, not great, mould around edges.

Very dirty, Kitchen was absolute disgusting, did not even want to drink out of the glasses. Bathroom not very clean also.

Think thecstaff need to be shown expectations of travellers for cleanliness.

Great location and great for group travellers! Some issues with cleanliness but overall good experience!

Great location! The staff were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived one of the bathrooms was not cleaned but after letting the staff know they cleaned it immediately and apologised for the inconvenience. The pool also didn’t seem filled up enough which was a little odd.

Okay place. Cheap but still good value
