It's a beautiful hotel with friendly staff😊. The bed is comfortable and the room very clean.

For the price charged you expect a little more attention to detail
Pros:

Good position for those going on a cruise. Lots of eateries close

Cons:

The maintenance needs attention
Toilet seat was totally missing screws to hold it on and clearly should have been picked up by cleaners
When mentioned on leaving I got the feeling it will stay that way.

Great location and staff shame rooms could do with a deep clean.

Able to open windows and balcony helped with fresh air

Cons:

Hairs found in many separate locations..
Rooms need deep clean for the money this should have been spotless.
Marks on walls and aircon should be cleaned for healthy air quality.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Alcyone residences.
Pros:

Excellent location - right in the middle of the best that Hamilton has to offer and really handy to ferry and buses if you're looking to travel further afield.

Overall our stay was good and we liked that everything we needed was within walking distance
Pros:

Location was good and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The shower head fixture did not stay in place when showering and needed minor repairs, the room could have done a bit more artwork/decoration to give a bit more warmth as it felt a little clinical
