The staff was helpful and friendly. The taxi they called when is outside but the hotel got connections with pick up. The guy was improper behaviour by looking at me to make me uncomfortable also tryed to ripme off saying the journey will cost me 100 dhm i said that's not what the reception said to me is only 50 to 60 dhm. I asked him where is from he said Pakistan. I asked him why would he want to make bad name for Dubai

Pros:

We flew in to Dubai from Australia early in the morning for a three day stay en route to Spain. Florida al Souq welcomed us and arranged early check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Florida al Souq is a great place to stay in the older part of Dubai with lots of places to eat nearby. Also only a short distance on the metro to and from the airport.

I can not recommend the place. The noise is 24/7. People selling on the street up to 3am. The rooms need refurbishment. Only good thing is bed was very comfortable.

Did not enjoy my stay, at the property , found wasn’t the most clean. Theirs a mini bar in the hotel room where theirs water, soft drinks and nut ( which you actually have to pay for , and are not informed till check out ) which is absolutely ridiculous, you would think it’s complementary I paid a total of about 80dirhams for X2 bottles of water x6 soft drinks and nuts which is absolutely a rip off and ridiculous. Furthermore I had to pay an additional 300 dirhams for early check in plus tax. Would not recommend overall stay 3/10

The hotel is good for its price, breakfast and lunch are cheaper than on the street. All Receptionists helped. We will stay at this hotel in the future

Decent hotel, but not great
Pros:

Not quite as nice as I expected, but comfortable enough for a one night stay. The hotel rating on Hotels.com was a bit over-rated in my opinion.

Pros:

Amazing location close to the metro, canal, and souks. We were very happy with the quality based on the price. Safe neighbourhood and great morning breakfast for a little extra. Would definitely recommend :)
