Reception service is very bad
Pros:

Noisy in the street. The TV does not work. There is no elevator to reach the floors, only stairs

Solid place for a shirt stay
Pros:

This is a nice place to stay in the city center (Taksim) for a couple of days. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room (#11) is on the top floor (no lift!) was pretty small but it's good for a couple and for a short stay. The floor in that room was damaged because of flooding from the balcony (it was heavily raining that day), so it was pretty wet to walk over. Another thing to consider is the noise. Probably it depends on the day of week, but the night from Sat to Sun was pretty noisy: The bit music from the street was audible till 3-4 am (windows closed). You will also hear very clear the muezzin's song during the day.

Atende bem quem pretende somente dormir
Pros:

Nossa experiência foi boa, a localização é realmente boa, porém acho que deveriam colocar fotos atuais do bairro, que a primeira vista passa certa insegurança. O staff é muito receptivo e atencioso. Para nós que só chegávamos a noite para dormir, atendeu muito bem. Fica perto de duas mesquitas, então nós horários das orações você irá ouvir o chamado bem alto. O quarto Superior foi o que ficamos e, achávamos que ficava na parte de cima do hotel, mas fica no tipo de subsolo. Não é exatamente um hotel, é similar a um quarto de apartamento mesmo. Considero a estadia ok.
