Idéal pour quelques jours ☀️
Pros:

Agréable pour quelques jours, non loin de superbes plages.
Comme tous les hôtels indonésiens le service est agréable et souriant 😀.
Près d’un grand parcours de golf et d’une magnifique salle de sport.
Je recommande pour quelques jours.

Pros:

Front reception staff were very helpful, attending to our needs. Housekeeping was also very efficient. Has complimentary drinkable water that you can ask for refills during your stay! Our second stay at this hotel - had a good experience with the first stay. Bed was also very comfortable!

If you choose a room with a balcony, everything is perfect.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel met our expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good and offered plenty of variety. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only thing we were not entirely satisfied with, and something we would recommend to future guests, is choosing a room with a balcony. The windows in our room could not be opened, and since the hotel has a pool, there was nowhere to hang wet swimsuits to dry. The air conditioning needs to be kept running continuously to reduce humidity, but in such lovely weather, it really shouldn’t be necessary.

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, avec un personnel adorable, de belles installations et quelques petits points à amélior
Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et attentionné. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème dans notre chambre et l’équipe a fait de son mieux pour trouver une solution, allant jusqu’à nous proposer un changement de chambre, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et la literie est vraiment excellente, très confortable. Les piscines sont également superbes et très agréables.

Seul petit point à améliorer : certaines lattes autour des piscines mériteraient d’être réparées afin d’éviter tout risque de blessure.

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

Cons:

L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée, car nous entendions assez facilement les bruits environnants.

Nous avons également été un peu déçus par le petit-déjeuner et, plus généralement, par les repas proposés par l’hôtel. Ce n’était pas particulièrement à notre goût, mais cela reste pratique pour dépanner lorsqu’on ne souhaite pas sortir manger.
