I think for almost 2 million rupiah a night, they could do better in service.
Pros:

The receptionist offered me to bring the luggage to the room. But i waited for 1/2 an hour just knowing that my bag is still downstairs. At last, i brought it up myself. Asked for iron and ironing board, it took so long for the staff to bring it up, till i needed to call them few times, and asked my son to ask the receptionist for it. Asked for water, they initially said thst they can offer 2 extra bottles of water, i expect to get unlimited bottles as i booked the family suite.the bathroom smelt of urine the moment i stepped into the room. It might be due to they do unproper cleaning of it. The only positive thing is the driver of the shuttle to get to the beach, he was so friendly and fast in providing service to us.

Great stay
Pros:

Big room, nice food. The complimentary massage was great.

Cons:

The bartender was not nice towards us as all. We only dined once because of how he treated us. He served us welcome drinks from paper cups while all the other guests were served in glass. The other staff members were very welcoming and ready to help.

Great hotel to stay at !
Pros:

Room clean and all amenities needed. Check in quick and easy. Breakfast is good and some Indonesian specialties as well with western food.
Pool is nice and plenty of sunbeds.
Staff is very kind and always smiling
Hotel is quiet and bed is comfortable

Cons:

The waitress was a bit confused taking order at the pool.
My friend ordered a salmon salad saying she doesn’t eat meat and bacon was put in it. Meals arrived after 45 min and we didn’t wanted to be annoying by asking for a new salad.

Egg station at breakfast could be organised differently to make it less confusing for the staff and clients waiting on their order. 2 days in a row my order was taken by someone else’s but it also happened to other clients.

Only minor issues I will be coming back 😊

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bel et grand hôtel. Les piscines sont top. Le personnel est très gentil. Bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont modernes et grandes.

Cons:

Nous avions réservés trois chambres, une sur les trois avait un balcon. Ne pouvant pas aérer le chambre on sentait un peu plus l'humilité.

Pros:

The pools were beautiful, surrounded by frangipani trees and lush tropical gardens, making them a lovely place to relax.

I highly recommend adding the breakfast package to your reservation. The buffet was excellent, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine with a selection of rotating traditional dishes each morning. There were also plenty of familiar favourites, including beef and chicken sausages, a waffle station, a fresh egg station, and a fruit and salad bar, so there was something for everyone.

The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well appointed, with a lovely bathroom, a daybed, a desk, and plenty of space to hang clothes.

We ended up staying here unexpectedly after having to leave another accommodation, and we're so glad we found it. The staff were welcoming, the resort was peaceful, and it turned what could have been a very stressful part of our holiday into a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The only downside during our stay was the timber decking surrounding parts of the tiered pools. Some of the wooden planks felt quite soft and weathered, and in places it seemed as though they could crack underfoot. It looked like maintenance may already be underway, and there are other ways to access the pools without needing to walk across the decking.

One thing to be aware of if you have coeliac disease or require a strict gluten-free diet is that the kitchen's advice about gluten-free meals wasn't always consistent. On one evening I was told the French fries, salmon steak and garlic butter were all gluten free, but when I ordered the same meal a couple of nights later I was told they weren't. Fortunately, I didn't have any reaction, but the conflicting information could be concerning for guests with coeliac disease or severe gluten allergies.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The resort offers great value for money, the staff were welcoming, and we would happily stay here again.

Najwiekszym plusem jest obsluga, darmowy transport na dwie piekne plaze.

Cons:

Hotel napewno przeżył już swoje lata świetności. Podłoga w pokoju skrzypiała a deski były odstające. Olbrzymi minus za czystość basenu, pływające zdechłe owady, liście i inne zanieczyszczenia. Powodowało to brak chęci wejścia do wody. Śniadania w formie bufetu, natomiast wybór jedzenia tak naprawde maly, no chyba ze ktos je na sniadanie makaron/zupe/pieczone ziemniaki, by widoczne braki niektorych produktow poniewaz nie byly one na biezaco dokladane. Dwa dni bylismy w wiekszym ruchu i na sniadaniu nie bylo chleba, jedynie zeschnjety tostowy. Jezeli chodzi o transport na plaze Diamond beach to dostaje sie voucher na wstep do klubu plazowego, ale jezeli chcecie w nim przebywac to tak czy siak trzeba kupic lezak/lozko/sofe, jedynie siedzenie na krzeslku w restauracji jest darmowe. Nie jest to minus natomiast przydatna informacja. Nie jestem bardzo wymagajacym gosciem, spalam w kazdych warunkach wiec nie uwazam zeby moja opinia byla przesadzona.
