Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la gare est parfait, le personnel très gentil et un bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Il y’a un bar en dessous du bâtiment d’en face donc comme j’y suis allé le jour d’un match c’était assez bruyant mais avec les fenêtres fermées ça allait !

Je ne suis pas venu, les avis booking étaient moyens mais quand durant mon trajet j'ai vu d'autres avis sur internet, j'ai pris un autre hôtel (problèmes de vol, suspicion envers le personnel ...)

Would use again if in that part of Paris.
Pros:

Room was clean and presentable. Breakfast nice (but not a buffet). Location good for Gare de Nord and Est.
Good soundproofing. Fan to help cool room. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Room very hot during current high temperatures. If balcony doors opened then a lot of local noise! Small lift. Biggest issue was that the location on the Booking .com web site showed the hotel in the wrong place! Pointed this out to hotel who were going to look into the matter.
