Cons:

Отвратительный водитель трансфера Оник. Ездил ужасно, вёл себя хамски.

Location was goodand staff was friendly. One of our rooms was seemingly recently renovated and was fine.

Cons:

One of our rooms (twin, with a single big bed) was in a really bad condition. The entire toilet bowl and seat was wobbly and moving from the base, shower was dirty/grimey, carpet in the room was filthy and some of the bed springs were really pointy, making for an uncomfortable sleep. I wouldn't stay in that room for a second night.

A wonderful stay with a perfect location, great service, and excellent value for money
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Jermuk and within walking distance of the Water Gallery, the Ferdinand Ghazaryan Jermuk Promenade, and the town center. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the mountains and the small lake in front of the hotel.

The hotel offered excellent value for money. There is a nice café right in front of the hotel, open until 11:00 PM, serving a variety of tasty food, tea, coffee, desserts, and alcoholic drinks.

The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of options. The room was very clean and comfortable, the garden was well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Cons:

The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow at times. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.

Das Zimmer ist wie das Bad sauber, groß und macht einen neuwertigen Eindruck, von „abgewohnt“ und verschlissenen Teppichen keine Spur! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist opulent, landestypisch mit sehr viel Süßem, hat aber für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Cons:

Kaffee und Tee könnten frisch vorgehalten werden, aber das ist eine Kritik „hinter dem Komma“
