Pros:

Pros:

They need to improve the food quality. Especially for international travelers. The focus was for daily local visitors and not extensive for overnight customers. Breakfast was poor, lunch was poor and same for dinner. The staff were amazing and very helpful and attentive. The property is very tranquil and beautiful. The food is the only bad experience.

Even though we stayed for 3 days & 2 nights we were told by the check-in staff we can only use the water park for only one day & breakfast was included for just the 2nd day of our stay, so strange! The lock on the door was really bad & the room did nit have any night lamp! Bathroom had some type of smell even though it was clean. The spa shower had a terrible smell. Kuriftu report can do better, it used to be a good spot but now it’s just a sad place looking for some love & care.

Pros:

The tv doesn’t work and we ask them to fix it multiple time but they just don’t want to do it. The WiFi is average, there’s noise which makes it hard to sleep. The staff needs to be responsive. But other than these little things it’s a place that people should go and check it out!

We loved how it seemed to be nestled in the jungle! Beautiful flowers, walkways and wonderful food! The staff was amazing! And be sure to take them up on the massage and steam room!! Water park was fantastic! So much fun!!

We are not happy with the service! The first day they change our room, they give us a different room, and the second day they provide us with our room. The room is dirty, the wall is dirty, there is no hot shower or room service, and reception does not answer the phone. I think they are focusing on the money, not the service. I had a bad experience. @kuriftu

Pros:

The attitude of the front office supervisor was ABSOLUTELY VERY RUDE. Some saff use abusive words not realizing that I understood the local language. The front officer manager even made a gesture on our back to other front office staff don't entertain us and just let us leave. My son notice the whole incident. Unfortunately he only brought it to my attention after we left. A seven star resort with ONE STAR SERVICE.

Pros:

The rooms are like cabins with stone walls and cone shaped thatched roofs. Really nice, etnic style interior decor. The staff are really accommodating and professional. The food in the restaurant is delicious and overlooking the stunning looking lake where you can do kayaking for free. We got an out of this world massage in the spa, highly recommended. But it can be noisy at night, bring earplugs! The pool was empty, which was disappointing. And the waterpark beside the hotel was a letdown for my child. I'd go back to the hotel, though, and I'd recommend it but not as a base to go to the waterpark as this was not the best.

Quite nice traditional style resort and rooms but not kept and maintained too well, very tired in some areas, quite a few things seemed like they were rushed and not fiited well, curtain rails, electrics plumbing, i lost count of how many bare wires and electrical wires I saw in thd room and outside around the resort, wires joined with insulation tape , etc (dangerous to everyone staff and customers) drainage smell in bathrooms also, the resort is very quiet almost like a retreat which may suit many but fir me and us too quiet zero entertainment by night oh and the food alwsys cold, room service and restaurant.
