Early check-in, exceptionally clean, friendly staff

My coffee machine was missing a part. Not a big deal though.
Was here on business was a Great Place to Stay, Staff is very helpful. Place is Quiet and near many places to restaurants.
There could be more fruit options. The banana were old and sat out for three days.
Eliminate the constant advertising over the intercom for Hampton Inn. We are already there so it make no sense, and was irritating.

I had a great stay, the staff at the front desk were Very polite and friendly, there was an issue with the Garage door that failed and we had to improvise getting to the airport.
The staff worked quickly and assisted us to get to the airport and return the car once they could open the gate. Things happen, unexpected incidents always seem to happen at inconvenient times, but the way it is handled says a lot for the hotel staff.
Thank you all for your support and getting us to the airport. Hope we were the only guests that were stranded temporarily :-)

Location was next to another Hotel and the driveway can be confusing. The hotel rooms were old and outdated. The outdated rooms should not have a higher price.

Have stay at this Hampton on many trips. Customer Service was top notch. Rooms clean etc…. The breakfast this trip lack taste. Maybe work on that otherwise always great staying in Renton.
First time stayed in this location, I picked 2nd floor, it was too noisy in the morning due to the gym and swimming pool was on the 2nd floor, did not expect that. Most of the Hampton Inn that I stayed in the past, these 2 items are on the first floor.
Checked in for three night stayed at the Inn , good location for me due to close to my uncle and auntie family place , so convenient from the airport and shopping mall , the property very modern clean condition around , budget friendly great for short stay ( same concept as Holiday Inn Express ) with my Gold Hilton Honors member , fast smooth check in very friendly reception , room is upgrade so spacious with good views comfortable bedding clean modern bathroom , breakfast included nothing fancy but good enough , fresh hot coffee pool and gym well maintain . short walk to the Lake so peaceful for morning jog ! looking for a cozy budget convenient location for few nights stay , Hampton Inn is my the top choice !
