Pros:

There could be more fruit options. The banana were old and sat out for three days.

Cons:

Eliminate the constant advertising over the intercom for Hampton Inn. We are already there so it make no sense, and was irritating.

The Happy- unfortunate Delay
Pros:

I had a great stay, the staff at the front desk were Very polite and friendly, there was an issue with the Garage door that failed and we had to improvise getting to the airport.
The staff worked quickly and assisted us to get to the airport and return the car once they could open the gate. Things happen, unexpected incidents always seem to happen at inconvenient times, but the way it is handled says a lot for the hotel staff.
Thank you all for your support and getting us to the airport. Hope we were the only guests that were stranded temporarily :-)

Needs many updates to the rooms.
Pros:

Location was next to another Hotel and the driveway can be confusing. The hotel rooms were old and outdated. The outdated rooms should not have a higher price.

Pros:

Great hotel with close access to shopping and restaurants. Staff was great as well warm and friendly. Will definitely return.

Pros:

Have stay at this Hampton on many trips. Customer Service was top notch. Rooms clean etc…. The breakfast this trip lack taste. Maybe work on that otherwise always great staying in Renton.
