Fantastic stay and will be back
Pros:

Location was ideal for beach and nearby bars, shops. Room was ideal for us with patio and bed so comfortable. Breakfast was so nice. Lovely outside area with stunning sea views

The room and view was beautiful, the staff were lovely and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I understand that there has to be a designated smoking area but it would have been nice if there was a seated area for it rather than standing around a pizza oven .

Great location and staff
Pros:

Location was good, staff friendly and helpful. Room advertised as a suite but was just 1 room and a bathroom. Thought room was going to have a balcony but was ground floor with nice outside area. Buffet breakfast with a good selection.
Added bonus of a seagull who popped in at mealtimes for a snack so if you don't like birds not the place for you.

I go to hotels all over the world regular on business and this worst and I will never go back

The shower was half size they had to change the cheep mattress because the other had collapsed and slept with springs in my back all night got about 1 hour sleep
The first and second day no one cleaned the room or changed the towels and I had no tea replaced
I was told on your site a sea view so I paid the extra compared to other hotels on the island
The box room I was in the night light I could not get behind the bed to plug it in I told staff and nothing was done and the worst issue was the sea view was looking either down into a car park or at two bathrooms opposite that you could see people sat on their toilet
When I complained their answer was it state sea side view so if you go out of your room into the middle of the car park you can see the sea so it is a play on words

Average Hotel for the Cost
Pros:

The top main window in our room 401 was broken, the fan they supplied was very noisy as this was the only way to keep the air flowing around the small room.

The breakfast was good but some fresh fruit wouldn’t go a miss.

Cons:

Considering the hotel was good but I don’t think I would stay there again as there are loads of hotels / B&B in the area.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Good location. Lovely outside area with plenty of places to sit with sea views.. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

Cons:

Parking is a bit hit and miss as not enough spaces. No lift to Upper floors so if customers have mobility issues make sure you book ground floor.
