Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, assim como os funcionários da área da piscina.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Há mofo no banheiro, lençóis rasgados, lençóis insuficientes (meu genro pediu um para se cobrir, mas não tinham), o café da manhã precisa ser reposto mais vezes e a variedade melhorada. A iluminação do quarto era fraca e a cama muito ruim e pequena.

O elevador quebrou no primeiro dia e até o final da minha estadia não foi concertado, sendo que ficava um funcionando para todos os hóspedes, com relação ao café da manhã não gostei todos os dias só tinha de proteína ovos e salsicha.

Na acomodação a rede móvel funcionava com dificuldade, o que fazia com o que dependêssemos bastante do Wi-Fi. Que para nossa supresa era pessimo, apresentava pessima instabilidade. A Tv do quarto não era smart, apenas com canais locais. Entraram no quarto pela manhã em um momento que saímos, sem pedir a permissão e sem comunicar nada a gente. Que foi algo que realmente não gostei.
