No Spa !! Completely seperate

The hotel was marketed as a spa hotel when in fact it isn’t and the receptionist was one of the most rude people I have ever had to deal with

Nice but wouldn’t stay again

I called the hotel to say we were celebrating a 40th birthday. They said some welcome drinks and free upgraded will be complimentary and thank you for choosing the hotel when we arrived. We didn’t even have the room I originally booked and no drinks and no complimentary gift.
Room was very tired. Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and staff was amazing.

Good but rooms need air con!
Pros:

Hotel and leisure centre were lovely especially the outside pool and jacuzzi on a hot day!
Dinner was average for the cost and did wait ages for a drink. Breakfast was tasty and good selection.
No air con in the room which was the biggest problem on a hot night as lack of sleep ruined the overall stay.

We always like returning to Pontlands Park - rooms are lovely and definitely among the largest hotel rooms we stay in.
Access to the Reflections spa ensures that when we stay here, it feels like we could be anywhere in the world. A lovely escape from reality
