They cancelled my booking without prior intimation
We had a pleasant stay and they owner is really kind. She helped us with booking the bus to Kathmandu and served the breakfast with lots of dedication.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Radhika (the manager) is very pleasant and keeps the place clean and tidy.
The included breakfast (8-10am) consisted of omelette, toast, butter, jam and tea or coffee...just enough to start the day, and very much appreciated.
The bathroom water is solar heated, so temperature is very much dependant on sunshine (in late April the water was tepid to warm).
Each level has a covered balcony, table and chairs...great for enjoying a drink while watching an evening lighting storm!
It's a 15min walk from Lakeside, so the surrounding area is less touristy, with a more local vibe and slightly cheaper food.
For me, there was nothing to dislike. However, the following info is for the benefit of any potential customer who is noise sensitive. Many reviews say it is quiet, and it generally is. However, there is occasionally a bit of noise from traffic and pedestrians until around 10pm, and; the neighbour on the south side often has a clearly audible radio on from around 5am. Most rooms would not be effected by this, but my room (204) on the SE corner was effected...fortunately I don't mind waking up early!

Nice hotel to stay. We traval from jhapaWe stay there 4 night . All-round radhika didi was superb she always there for help during our stay
I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is just close to the lakeside and to the bus station. Shout out to RADHIKA, the wonderwoman. She manages everything in her hotel and keeps it running by herself. About the room, it has enough space, a private bathroom with a hot shower, and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast is basic but she prepared it with a heart. I also did my laundry here. Radhika is helpful and a hospitable host. Very kind and approachable. I saw a glimpse of the ice caps from the rooftop too.

The stay at Hotel Nana Pokhara was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything smelled fresh, which made the environment pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good.
The didi (staff) was very helpful and kind. She always supported us whenever we needed anything and behaved very politely. Her friendly attitude made our stay even better.

Amazing host, super friendly and always open to help! Breakfast was absolutely tasty. Rooms were big and comfortable. Location just outside the touristic area, meaning it's less crowded.
Only hot showers in the evening available.
