Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is just close to the lakeside and to the bus station. Shout out to RADHIKA, the wonderwoman. She manages everything in her hotel and keeps it running by herself. About the room, it has enough space, a private bathroom with a hot shower, and a comfortable bed. The free breakfast is basic but she prepared it with a heart. I also did my laundry here. Radhika is helpful and a hospitable host. Very kind and approachable. I saw a glimpse of the ice caps from the rooftop too.

Caring smiling staff. Comfortable quiet clean room.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful woman at the reception. She lend me an umbrella and gave me useful info.

The room on the 2nd floor was great! Comfortable, clean, quiet.
Also a quiet area, but close to lakeside.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The stay at Hotel Nana Pokhara was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and everything smelled fresh, which made the environment pleasant. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good.
The didi (staff) was very helpful and kind. She always supported us whenever we needed anything and behaved very politely. Her friendly attitude made our stay even better.

泊まってよかったです。
Pros:

受け付け女性がとても親切でフレンドリーで
大変気持ちの良い接客でした。
またトレッキングへ行く際に
1週間ほど荷物を預かってもらえて
助かりました。

Cons:

メイン通りから少し中に入っていて少し遠く感じました。

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Amazing host, super friendly and always open to help! Breakfast was absolutely tasty. Rooms were big and comfortable. Location just outside the touristic area, meaning it's less crowded.

Cons:

Only hot showers in the evening available.

Pros:

It was a peaceful, budget friendly hotel. Place was clean and had common balcony area.The hotel has decent parking and outdoor sitting space. Staff were cooperative and cheerful.

Cons:

Seepage marks in 1 of the ceiling.

They told me 18 hours before arriving, that they don't have any rooms, even I booked 3 rooms and one Studio appartement 3 months in advance. They said they will put us in a better place there was more expensive for the same price. That was a Lie. It was same price in booking.com and not the same standard, but lower.
They cut had told me that in good time in advance.
But the don't read mails or chek up on booking.com
I got very mad and angry...
I'm afraid that this is the way they always treat there customers.
The owner was on holiday i India and would not give me a call. The woman in the reception did not speak English, just a little bit. She hang up the phone when I told her that was not okay, telling us that they didn't have rooms with such a short notes.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...
Those the family hotel Vibe on the other side of the street.
There you will be treated very well and with kindness, for the same price and there is a very nice garden as well
