Great, reccomend.
Pros:

Convenient, easy. The staff aren’t hard to deal with at all, super easy and nice. Every morning I get towels, paper and water. Not even every hotel does this 👍🏼

Cons:

Ac smelt bad, but that’s ok.

Pros:

Not at all clean or maintained. Basic flush in the toilet was not working, the floor was extremely dusty

Cons:

Nothing. The staff demanded a 1000baht deposit over the one night accommodation charge which was never mentioned in the booking.com policies

passable rather than regrettable
Pros:

I like the value for money and the space of the room with all the amenities that it provides. They provide daily water to your door as well as toilet roll.

Cons:

The bed wasn't comfortable; the mattress was too firm and the bed linen was inadequate. The pillows are a little grubby and the decor a little outdated.

Pros:

Nothing. Worst room I have ever stayed in ever, anywhere around the world.

Cons:

No hot shower. No cold shower. There was meant to be but the water pressure was nil. No sink in the bathroom. There was a sink on the balcony that had no water pressure and the balcony was open to the elements barring the chainlink fencing. No curtains. Bed was awful. Plastic mattress and one blanket. Ants in the room. The towels were smelly. No toilet roll. I gave up on the wifi. Dilapidated, old, tired and absolutely bare minimum to count as a room for hire. They asked me for a 1000 baht security which I refused. A 66% security deposit! Its a noisy location. 24 hour traffic and the feral dogs start howling at night. I booked for three nights as I was working nearby. I left after two nights, exhausted. This is a throwback to Bangkok ten years ago. It should not advertised on Booking.com. I thought you were better than this.

Pros:

close to the yellow line bts stop, big C with plenty of shops and street food joints close by, older building, friendly reception staff, spacious but basic room,

Cons:

not many plugs in the room, also a place where Spider man frequently stays... I am not gonna pick on the fact that it is an older building but come on... those cob webs and tiny spiders in the upper corners of bathroom should not be there!
