Florida City Hotel Apartments

Property is old but the location is good. They gave us late check out at 2pm. It's not my first choice but if you're on a budget this is not bad.

I’m not quite sure where to begin, as this is my first time writing a review for a hotel or residence. Visiting Egypt for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury at Prime Residence. Its location is ideal—close to the airport and just a short distance from City Stars Mall.

I was impressed by the design and cleanliness of the residence. The staff provided exceptional service, and I felt secure throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’m already looking forward to returning in June. Thank you for showing me that Egypt can be as luxurious as Dubai!

We had anticipated a kitchen with a microwave, but there was only a two element stove. It is close to the metro which was nice.

It’s an old building in a market area. The first and ground floors are shops. It’s really dated.

The hotel is ok, but the area is too much traffic and no parking

Inconvenient and the rate is too high for it

Hotel was clean but some items were old and noisy i.e the refrigerator and AC, the wash room is small and very inconvenient.

Am never going to book for the hotel. There is no parking and I had to roam around looking for paid public parking.

Plus I did not enjoy my experience staying in the hotel. Next time i will stick to regular hotels I use.

The location is good but hotel reception people’s talk very hardly when I ask Taxi they said we don’t have taxi & told how get say we don’t & I told him you know how get taxi & he says don’t shout & one more thing inside rooms have small cockroaches & even inside room have it I informed & they put spray etc

Very bad location , be careful when you make booking and for any reason you make late check in you will lose your booking fully .

Some of the staff at the reception were not friendly. He was not willing to assist in anyway as my first time in Dubai.
The gentleman who picked me at the port was so nice and good to me.
He also dropped me at the airport and helped me the trolley. He is the reason why I will come back.

I like the plce its near all the shoping markets we want

It was good and before I left from the Hotel, I give to the person on the front Desk. I hope, might see U again and thank you so much.

This is one the best hotel staff that I have ever met. They really care for you and go extra mile to make sure you have excellent stay.

The studio apartment was spacious and clean. Bathroom was not huge but sufficient. Only downside was a family in the same corridor that let their young kids run around and shout at 2 in the morning! Not the hotel's fault but didn't manage to quieten them down! Breakfast was very mediocre but there was a good selection of hot foods, fruits etc. Very conveniently located for the metro and lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

The hotel is dated, but seemed well kept enough. Not in the best area (not dangerous, just suburban), but very close to the metro station making this a good value choice for our one night stay.

Breakfast (paid extra) was ok. A mix of hot foods, salad items fruit and pastries.
Again, fine for one night but you probably would get bored of it on the second day.

The service was friendly and it wasn't too busy. You wouldn't stay here for the hotel experience, but a good value base to visit the rest of Dubai as it is a lot cheaper than many other places.
