I came home Thursday night after 12 midnight , and my room door was unlocked.
I tried to sleep. The hotel surveillance public announcement system started verbally harassing me and calling me "anal sex offender schizophrenic, Peter Mark" and other degrading terms "bitchdog" until 3:30 a m.
The hotel did not respond to my complaints about the harassment.
After I messaged the hotel later (after I left hotel) and I messaged and emailed the hotel because I thought I forgot my blue towel in the hotel , I never received a response from the hotel.
My electric tea kettle (Sharp brand) was also missing from my car. I asked the hotel about the theft of the tea kettle from my car. I asked the hotel if they found my electric tea kettle. They never responded.
The hotel clerk did not want me to fill out any hotel registration form.
We arrived at 9.00 pm in the property, waited one hour for getting room and canceled our booking at 10.30 pm. We booked two rooms but they gave one room. Overall condition of the property was worst.

if this is your first time in Bangkok proper; stay here. It’s full of wild characters from all walks of life. YOU have ZERO
reason to complain about anything at 9-15 USD a night.
9.00 a night, and you expect a holiday inn or Four seasons when you get to your room, you need your head examined. David that runs the joint is awesome. Be warned - a very diverse clientele

I needed a quick place to stay, the location is great, good food very close. Great coffee place a short walk away.
Its a take it as you swe it place nice people, a good bed and a TV does what you need
Wonderful stay. The woman who greeted me was very kind. She upgraded me to a larger room. It’s an older property with no frills. I personally like to rent from the locals rather than the corporations.

It looked nothing like the photos. When I first arrived the taxi said are you sure you want to stay here?
I've honestly slept in cleaner prison cells, mold everywhere. No drinking water. Dirty bed sheets.. even the hot water unit didn't work and I was scared to catch something by having a shower!

I have booked and paid online, but when I showed up I have been asked at the reception to pay more because of the difference between the price in reality and in the booking app. Couldn't get in the room if I don't pay. They told me that I have to see this with the booking, but they have refused my claim.
Very worst customer service,, I reached their around 12.30 pm .. That reception person make me to wait until 2.20pm for check in .. And I booked a room for 3 nights .. When I shown the booking details . he asked me to pay again more then one theird of money what I paid already. What I cannot accepted. . without other option I stayed only 2 nights only, and he said to check out before 10 am.. , and there is no towels , no bath sole and shampoo ,, bed sheet also not good,, totally GED up with stay there.. That bed also already broken one. Because of the only reason why I stayed there I cannot cancer that booking with refund option. Very very worst experience..

Noting! Absolutely horrible!
Noting! Absolutely horrible! There is no water from the shower and the washing basin sink did not have a pipe! Everything would fall on the floor and on your legs.

Floor was full of ants and bugs.
The windows did not have curtains or any thing so at 5.30am it's full of lights and you just can't get sleep.
Walls are soo old and thin you can even hear the next door person placing something on the table
Refrigerator does not work and smells bad.
Staff was soo ignorant and rude at night. Check out is at 12noon but they tell you it's at 10am.
Location is scary and dark at night in an interior narrow alley.
