No coffee/creamer/sugar in the room. No TV. No blankets, only a thin sheet. Single pillow per person.

Le rapport qualité prix, c’est un peu sur quoté pour un 3 étoiles même si je reconnais que nous n’avons pas grand chose à redire hormis les infrastructures en pas super état et un petit dej sommaire, le reste est quand même tout à fait satisfaisant

I regret to say that the overall experience was quite disappointing. Considering the price and the claim of being a "luxury" establishment, the rooms were surprisingly basic, even falling short of budget standards, with uncomfortable mattresses, pillows, and unpleasant odors in the restrooms. Furthermore, the pool facility, which was a key factor in our booking, was not operational during our entire three-day stay. We feel that the pricing is not justified, and perhaps Booking.com should conduct more thorough evaluations of properties before setting rates. This was an extremely disappointing experience that significantly impacted our vacation after traveling a considerable distance for a beach getaway.

- l’hôtel manque d’entretien sur les infrastructures (chambre vétustes, douche, les transats etc)
- la piscine n’a pas été disponible pendant l’ensemble de notre séjour, nous l’avons appris à notre arrivée. Une piscine d’un hôtel à côté à été mise à disposition mais elle n’était pas à la hauteur de celle de notre hôtel. Aucune réduction n’a été appliquée, la piscine devait être prête au bout de 48h.

Rapport qualité/prix, sans doute le pire d’Arugam Bay.

Avec ma copine, Notre séjour était prévu pour 5 nuits, nous sommes restés que 2 nuits dans ce logement.
À moins de 200m à la ronde on trouve des choses moins chères et avec un bien meilleur standing.

L’accueil très froid dans un hall d’entrée très low cost. A l’image de tous le terrain autour des chambres. Des objets traînent, l’endroit paraît très mal entretenu.
La piscine inutilisable et dangereuse, une couleur qui a viré au vert tout au long de la semaine.

Concernant la chambre : aucune isolation sonore, les rideaux ne sont même pas occultants à 100%, la salle de bain, après une douche seulement dégage une odeur très forte, sans doute due à l’évacuation des eaux.
Bref, cet endroit, s’il était à 40 EUR/nuits, n’aurait rien à redire. Cependant, aujourd’hui, il est au prix de très bon logements de la zone sans en proposer le même niveau de qualité.
Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

The room was very dirty and smells like mold, the toilet seat was broken, the door couldn't be closed without locking it, the pool was full of green and stinky water, the bed sheets were dirty, the shower ceiling and walls were moldy... The pictures in booking are not the reality of this place. we do not recommend this place to anybody!
We cancelled our nights there the moment we found a better place to go to on such short notice. A nightmare of a place, also it was not cheap, there are much better and cheaper hotels to stay in arugam bay

La salle de bain est obsolète.
L’hôtel est très vieillissant.
Le prix de la chambre est bien trop élevé.

Дверь номера скрипела, не было душевых принадлежностей. Для шезлонгов мягкий матрас отсутствовал, или был не очень приятный к использованию.
Цена при бронировании была одна, а по факту списали на 200$ больше. Почувствовала себя обманутой, очень неприятный осадок
