Great value and location
Very Soft pillows

Location was excellent! Right near all the shopping and restaurants.
Walls are thin and we could hear the people above us like they were in the same room.
Camera grande, parcheggio gratuito, posizione perfetta per gli spostamenti. Staff molto accogliente
Servizi scarsi e pulizia approssimativa

The breakfast was not good. The food options were minimal, the turkey sausage had a rubber texture/not edible and it took 5 attempts to toast a bagel. The pillows were very flat and flimsy. Very difficult to sleep on. I would recommend bringing your own pillow and going across the street for breakfast at IHop.
Breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes, yogurt and cereal. Bagels and bread. They even had hot oatmeal.
Lots of problems. I have stayed here before, so I knew that the parking in the back was right by the elevator. Usually during the day, the door is open, but it wasn't. Not a problem; I walked around the front and checked in. I was told it should have been open. Went through the back door and got all of my things. Guess what back door did not work with the room key. Had to walk back to the front desk; they told me they were having problems with the door. They said I had to pull up on the handle. This was a fight every time I had to go back into the building. The hallways needed some work; the wallpaper needed to be replaced. I was on the 5th floor and it needed to be vacuumed. The room window was smudged. The next morning, there was no hot water. Called downstairs, and they said they were having problems and let it run. It took half an hour to get warm water. Spoke to the front desk later in the day when we saw there was no hot water again. I was told that something was fixed and let the water run, it would be fine. It wasn't. Again took a long time, about half an hour. That night again let it run took a really long time but finally had hot water. I thought it was fixed. Next morning again had to let it run for over a half an hour so that we could shower. This was a night mare. not staying here this hotel is very neglected. From the back door, to the hot water,
The location is prime in the area surrounded by shopping food and attractions.
The cleanliness wasn’t the best. Shower was dirty, tv was broken but still usable.
