TRU - a home away from home
Pros:

I love the open feel of the rooms. There is plenty of space for all my luggage and other travel items. A very comfy and relaxing vibe.

Cons:

The person that received us upon arrival was good . Morning from desk person was distracted on his tablet, drawing and not really paying attention. Better more attentive customer service would improve the experience. We really liked the TRU environment, wish we had more time to stay but it was an overnighter on way to home

It was easy and fun
Pros:

The breakfast, the games, the lounge area .The front lobby ,the information board by the elevators

Cons:

No microwave, loudness from upstairs stomping . No cameras in the hallway, how we couldn’t get extra towels until we return the old ones. No bags in the trash cans and it was mildew by the shower knob .
