i loved the western style room! it was big and pretty clean and it was super quiet. and all the staff were SUPER NICE!!!! we had to leave 0530 am for Angkor wat but then the staff offered us to-go breakfast at 0515 even though breakfast starts at 0700!!! especially the staff named tann was exceptional!! they were all so helpful! i'd definitely stay again!!

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré la chaleur écrasante. La piscine était un vrai bonheur !
Mr. Lucky et son équipe étaient aux petits soins pour nous (j'espère d'ailleurs que nous n'avons pas trop abusé de leur gentillesse...). Ils proposent pleins de tours et ont même accepté à la dernière minute que nous restions une nuit de plus. La chambre était bien spacieuse et agréable !

Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Wir haben zwei Nächte in diesem familiengeführten Hotel verbracht, hauptsächlich für unseren Besuch beim Angkor Wat.

Von Anfang bis Ende wurden wir unglaublich herzlich empfangen und betreut. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Mr. Lucky, der sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts perfekt um uns gekümmert hat. Egal wann wir ins Hotel kamen er war immer da, hat uns freundlich begrüßt und nachgefragt, ob alles pass. Man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird.

Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr groß und authentisch eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen hat uns das offene Badezimmer und die Badewanne mit einem tollen Panoramablick nach draußen. Dazu ein Balkon und ein riesiges, bequemes Bett.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top. Viele wichtige Orte sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein weiteres Highlight war der Service: Für unsere frühe Tour um 5 Uhr morgens zum Angkor Wat wurde uns ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen vorbereitet.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, große Zimmer mit gutem Bett, Ausflüge waren gut organisiert, gute zentrale Lage aber dennoch ruhig, da das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße liegt, vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück musste aus einer Karte vorbestellt werden.

Cons:

Der Toilettensitz war sehr verfärbt und nicht schön anzusehen wirkte schmuddelig und sollte ausgetauscht werden.

It was amazing, great trip to Angkor Wat with Mr Tea booked through hotel, great stay, great hotel, best manager.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Out of all of our accommodations across SE Asia this one was the best. The room was extremely clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was highly impressive.

Cons:

The only thing that we had a problem with in our short stay was the shower. Although they had a rain shower head, which is not one of mt favorites, the drain to the shower did not work properly. The shower filled with water very quickly, and showers had to be taken with speed to avoid possibly flooding the rest of the room. Our stay was a quick one so the staff couldn't have fixed it before our depature but their response upon depature was great and hope that it was resolved for the next guest.
