Incorrect address printed in the online booking angrily us. Then eith a wet bed, take 20 minutes to switch to another room. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Not the best to say the least
Pros:

There were lots of ants in the bed. The walls are paper thin and there were a big group of Chinese family tourist next door. I didn’t want to but I heard every word they were saying.

Great location... the beach is just across the street. Close from the train station too. We were upgraded from a non window room to a one with window for free. Staff is really helpful

Pros:

Best hotel but roof top restaurant is not working. Breakfast is serving on ground level where is in front of reception. Price for laundry service is reasonable. Room size is quite small so not enough for family. Location is good and we can reach many famous restaurants.

Pros:

Arrived early for check-in but staff offered to store my bag until I could get a room. The room itself was very comfortable, spacious and quiet for a night's sleep. The bathroom shower and toilet facilities all clean and tidy.

We stay for 18 days here: we had to ask for sheet bed cleaning, for toilet paper, for towels.
We eared everything happened all around.
Except one girl at the desk, no english here. No smile too...
Breskfast is only asian type or greasy eggs.
Positive: near the beach and restaurants.

Pros:

We moved here the morning the typhoon hit. Although power was out and water went out the following day, the hotel was quite nice. This hotel is central but located down a quiet lane. I would stay again.

Best hotel in nha trang
Pros:

Stayed in senkotel for couple days and really had a pleasant experience. The rooms were new, clean, and spacious. The hotel was close to the beach and activities around the area. The price was great. The manager Cady was super nice, patient and gave us many suggestions for our trip. Highly recommend senkotel if you're in nha trang.

BEST STAFF/ BEST HOTEL!!!
Pros:

Great hotel with AMAZING staff!!!! The room was clean and fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay. The real incredible thing about this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and go so far above and beyond to help you have the BEST time in Nha Trang. Thank you Cady for all of the great trips and the history lesson.
