Es Princep, Mallorca
Pros:

My room was beautiful and spacious. I especially love the pillows and the sheets. I wish the balcony was larger so that I could enjoy time out there, but the r I had a partial view of the water which was spectacular. The rooftop pool area is excellent. Finally, the staff was exceptional. I would most definitely return to this hotel.

Pros:

This hotel has staff that is happy to work there and is knowledgable about their jobs, from the bell boy to everyone else including housekeeping. They are truly happy and not fake happy, just because a paying guest is in front of them.
Excellent breakfast with a big choice, very nice rooftop with areas only for hotel guests. Perfect location to walk to town and to the beach, each within minutes away, but secluded enough to be in a quiet area.

Cons:

We didn`t understand why the hottub/whirlpool is only luke warm and not hot. Upon askin, we got told that it`s supposed to be that way ? We didn`t end up using it unfortunately, since it felt cold to be in there.

The most amazing stay
Pros:

We had our night before wedding party at the rooftop of the hotel 2 years ago and my husband booked us to stay for one night to celebrate my 30th Birthday and baby moon. The hotel was incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. We were met with welcome drinks, staff that were so friendly and accommodating and a room upgrade to the most gorgeous sea view suite. The hotel left a pregnancy pillow and it really was the attention to detail. The food was amazing and the spa downstairs and we made use of the car park. We really enjoyed returning and would recommend! Thank you for making it so special!
