Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit sehr sympathischen Personal am Rande der Altstadt von Palma.
Das Frühstückbuffet ist hervorragend, der Blick von der Dachterrasse traumhaft schön.

Cons:

Die nächtliche Müllabfuhr, die sehr laut ist und zu unschönen Zeiten aktiv ist (nach Mitternacht oder in den ganz frühen Morgenstunden).

Also meine Frau und ich reisen bis zu 6X im Jahr und ich muß sagen das war bis jetzt von weitem das beste Hotel was wir bis jetzt hatten. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Das Personal achtet auf alles und haben ständig ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dahin gehen.

Relaxing modern hotel with excellent, personable service.
Pros:

Friendly, modern and clean. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble.Rooms were clean and spacious with quality fittings and amenities, nice to have a turn down each evening and 2 large complimentary bottles of water daily.
