Amazing
Pros:

Me and my girlfriend went to Mallorca for a wedding. We chose Es Princep off a list of recommended hotels and it was the best decision we ever made! From the food to the service to the room and amenities everything was perfect. By far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Also Mallorca is an amazing island with so much to offer I will definitely be back again and when I do come back there is no other place I would rather stay than Es Princep hotel.

Best hotel in Palma
Pros:

Beautiful experience, wonderful staff particularly Sergio, Flora, Catarina and Yuri. Good check in and out. Comfortable rooms. Delicious food, my favourite hotel in Palma by far.

The perfect stay!
Pros:

It’s a great location in old town with a beautiful rooftop bar! But the best experience for me was the interaction with the people working at Es Princep. Housekeeping, Spa, breakfast area and front desk; every one makes you feel special and welcome!
That was my first visit but definitely not my last!

Excellent hotel, worth visiting
Pros:

Excellent hotel in a quiet location 5 minute walk along the city walls to the Cathedral. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and well equipped. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with sundbeds for during the day and there is also a restaurant with views overlooking Palma old town. There is a small well equipped gym and indoor pool We had breakfast which had a large buffet selection as well as an a la carte choice. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough if you are staying in Palma. We will be back.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Es Princep and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Mallorca.

What really makes this hotel special is the people. From the housekeeping team to the hotel director, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Palma’s main attractions, restaurants, and the beach, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.

My room was very comfortable, cozy, and beautifully maintained, providing a great place to relax after a day out.

Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Short break with family.
Pros:

We had a 4 day family trip to Palma and felt truly spoiled in Es Princep.
The reception desk being so close to the front door was a clever touch and we always felt welcome.
The rooftop bar/ terrace /restaurant had amazing food, drink and views. There was also morning yoga which I enjoyed twice.
The spa, and our room were also very clean and luxurious.
Will hopefully be back.

Great views near the old town
Pros:

I just want to have a drink on the terrace of this lovely hotel. It's very friendly and has a good customer experience. The terrace has an amazing view and to me it's very close to the old town and that's a bit of a secluded part of Palma. If you want a good overview of the Palma Bay, Hotel El Príncipe is a good place

Exceptional stay
Pros:

We had a really exceptional stay here.
We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff made us feel very special.
The staff were all really friendly and welcoming always greeting us when we returned to the hotel or arrived at breakfast.
A special thank you to the concierge who arranged our train tickets to Soller and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations. And to the chamber maids who cleaned our rooms so beautifully and were always on hand to provide fresh towels and a lovely turn down service.

Hotel service as it should be
Pros:

Lovely location just on the edge of the old town. Pleasant 15 mins walk into shops and restaurants.
Excellent service; Professional, friendly, and personal.
Room clean and turn down service always well timed and discreet - a rarity these days.
I left my scarf in reception after checkout, and the front desk managed to locate and call the taxi driver to turn around so we could collect - such a well-experienced front-of-house team.
A bit more expensive than some neighbouring hotels, and I haven’t stayed at those for comparison. But I felt very satisfied and not disappointed at the end of our stay.
