Prima bedden
Douche is gedateerd en vies. En ondanks zomerse temperaturen stond de verwarming aan en was niet te regelen
It was cheap and convenient, the staff were helpful. Am using a stick at the moment and when we turned up the girl switched us to ground floor room, great service
It was tired but clean
Location and staff. Food was good too. A friendly atmosphere.
House keeping fairly mediocre at best.
Stayed for the Wall Ultra, booked late and got charged a lot for the stay which is fair, everyone does it. However the room was filthy and the shower was cold. There was hot water from the tap just not the shower mixer. If it was £30 fine, but was over £200
it was basic you got what you paid for
i didnt find any fault
Close to pub and to Carlisle racetrack
A bit run down . Staff friendly. Bed clean and comfortable. Bathroom small and ha a shower over the bath and a shower curtain 🙁 there was no plug in the sink and no hairdryer
Nothing except the new mattress.
The room smelt nasty, the room was very tired as was the bathroom and not very clean, the lid on the toilet was a cheep plastic and would not stay up, the shower hose was not put up properly. The furniture and doors were chipped. The breakfast although nicely cooked was very limited, poor quality sausages, cheap sliced bread. Pleasant chef at breakfast. We were woken at 1.30 am by noisy quests, speaking and moving furniture, called reception at 2.30 as still going in, a very nice man on duty said he would go and speak to the people, they had checked in at 1.30 am with a group of 53 people, not sure if they were in the room next door or above, heard reception knock on their door and speak to them, after a while they seemed to listen. The sound insulation is terrible. The was no mattress protector on the bed and no pillow protectors under the pillowcases.
Nothing
Room was not what was advertised, beds were 2 singles push together and not a superior king which is what i paid for.
Tv in room only radio channels.
We were on first floor, lift was broken.
Bar and resturant closed at 9.15pm due to card machine being broken and no cash taken.
Hotel was well out the way, so 20mins walk into town for food and drink, and at time of night was pointless.
Pictures on web site completely out of date dont match the interior, so false advertising.
So not getting what you expected/paying for.
Well below the 3 star rating.
WILL NOT BE BACK EVER.
Lovely room
Old tired hotel but good staff, clean room excellent price. Car park says pay but free with hotel if car registration given at reception.
At the price, nothing.
Good value for money

Welcoming. Good desk hours. Easy to contact. Good parking. Great access to M6for travelling, also close to city centre.
I can see that if high up a working lift would be an asset.
