The hotel is in a quiet area and it's a good place to stay if you're going to or returning from Campos do Jordão

A acomodação é confortável, padrão Ibis, nada a reclamar. A equipe muito bem educada e solicita. O café da manhã excelente.
Algumas cobranças são exageradas, por exemplo, levei um vinho e não consegui uma taça para beber no quarto pq queriam cobrar uma taxa de rolha, nunca vi isso, nem mesmo na rede Ibis (já fiquei em diversos lugares). Tivemos que beber em um copo americano. Tipo da cobrança que faz você não querer voltar ao hotel. Outra cobrança absurda é o estacionamento, o hotel fica em um lugar remoto, não há alternativa para deixar o carro em outro lugar, a cobrança do estacionamento é feia. São cobranças queacredito que não impactam a receita do hotel e pegam muito mal para quem frequenta. As áreas externas de lazer são bem simples e a quadra não é uma quadra.
