Pros:

Abdallah in concierge was exceptional but a staff at the swimming pool was being funny.
Rooms are clean but had to ask for towels and tissues.
Overall, I’ll consider going back.

Hotel was fine, had valet parking complimentary. Only issue was when the housekeepers came to clean the rooms they took the dirty towels away but didn't replace them. So we had to phone them daily to bring towels to the room. Breakfast was ok can get busy if you turn up after 9.30 with a que outside. There is building site near it currently. The fuel station next door has a subway and papajohns. Other places to eat you have to walk all the way round as the hotel sits on sheikh Zayed road.

Everything was on point and nice. Staff were polite and respectful. The only thing was there’s no microwave in the room and some days they didn’t leave drinking water for the amount of people registered.

Pros:

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, and there was some delay in getting to the room as it wasn’t ready at the time of arrival. During the stay, there were delays in receiving basic amenities like towels and drinking water, which typically required a lot of reminders.

Swimming pool was always out of towels, and steam and sauna was operated when you inform that you want to use it, means you shall remember to tell them in advance.

On a positive note, the staff was cooperative and responsive once approached, and they did their best to assist whenever needed.

Housekeeping is very bad they never clean the room there alway some dirt the left also they don’t bring towels alway we have to call it’s my last time to stay in it I have tried many time to check out early and get refund but I am not lucky I did not get any response from the hotel through you

Air conditioning was not working for 2 days and nights in the month of July with temperature of 45 degrees. Hotel room were so hot.
WiFi does not work properly, comes and goes.
