Pros:

Wonderful property with gorgeous facilities! I was here WFH for a day, and then to see the sights of San Sebastián and it was a wonderful oasis away from the city. A 20 min drive to the main centre however we appreciated the reception calling the taxis for us, which were also very very affordable. We loved the spa!! And the pool area was lovely.

The most impressive thing of all was the culture. The people who work there are phenomenal. It's not just that the facilities are absolutely superb (which they certainly are), but that the people working there take their profession very seriously and also manage to be friendly, genuinely warm and human.

Great hotel close to the city but far from the crowds
Pros:

Very nice hotel close to the forest with lots of walking trails, relaxing and clean, great service, good local food selection. Excelent spa facilities. Bus stop to the center and beach close by. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Nice hotel especially the rooftop pool
Pros:

The rooftop pool is very comfortable and the beds are great. Desk personnel is also very welcoming and kind. And the lady at the breakfast is truly a gift for the hotel. And what a great breakfast it is!

Cons:

The price is too high for what they can offer honestly. There are 45 buttons in the room for lights and blinds, and the alluminium infront of the window can feel a bit like a prison so when you find the right button to open, I would recommend😅
