Heerlijk, luxe, smaakvol hotel met goede bedden en hele fijne services!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel. Zeer smaakvol ingericht met oog voor details en de natuur. Prachtige kamer met heerlijk bed, alles schoon en heel fris. Zwembad (niet verwarmd) op dak heerlijk na een dagje in de stad. Spa en gym zijn fantastisch. Spa is betaald. Goed eigen restaurant met goede prijzen. Gym is gratis. Ontbijt is super, veel keuze. Locatie is rustig, wij hadden onze fietsen bij ons dus voor ons perfect, binnen 15 minuten in hartje San Sebastian. Auto kon geparkeerd worden in de garage onder het hotel.

Geschmacksache, würden nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Gute Parkgarage, ruhig zum Schlafen, gutes Frühstück, Personal beim Frühstück sehr höflich und nett.

Cons:

Lage zwischen einigen Kliniken( Beschreibung „im Grünen“ finden wir irreführend.Man fährt mit der Buslinie 28 ca.15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Die Busverbindung ist bis spätabends sehr gut.
Taxi kostet ca.15Euro.
Pool auf dem Hotel überbewertet. SPA kostet alles immer extra zu dem ohnehin schon heftigen Preis.
Das Cafe /Bar ist modern,aber wie in einer stylischen Kantine mit Selbstbedienung.
Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr muffig, Lüften nicht gut möglich. Klimaanlage hilft da wenig.
Bettlaken gewaschen, aber fleckig.. Bei diesem Preis völlig inakzeptabel. Außerdem sind die Bettlaken so, dass die Bettdecke rauskommt und das ist unhygienisch.
Wir sind eigentlich unkompliziert, aber waren dort nicht zufrieden.
