Pool deck has limited number of sun beds/ seatings and these cannot be held or reserved. Club Millesime dress code during the evening drinks and canapés service is smart casual with appropriate footwear. Thongs/flip-flops and hotel slippers are not permitted. To ensure this standard is upheld, guests may be denied entry if not adhering to dress code. People under 18 years old are not permitted in Club Millesime after 5:30pm.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. We loved the location of the hotel, it was so central to shopping, food and transportation.
The staff were very friendly and even surprised us with a fruit platter and drinks.

Chopsticks and bowl sent to room is free last night but today with a rediculous charge Aud 8 for chopstick delivery to room tonight. The manager named Lucy was extremely rude and bad manner and without a reasonable explanation. How can a hotel with this kind of service. Like a one star motel. Not recommend to stay.
