There was no communication on the construction work or that we needed to keep the blinds closed as workers could see inside, at night was fine but just a bit of surprise.
Also wrote a query via the app on booking.com and the replied after I stayed when the query was on valet parking

5* All the way
Pros:

From the moment we walked through the door it was 5* all the way.
Had cocktails in the Champagne Bar, Timmy was attentive, friendly & professional impeccable service we came back after our concert for more drinks.
The room amenities were great especially the bath towels best ever.
Definitely will be back.

Had to stand in line for check in and check out. Was told about 24 hour room service but not the restrictions on it. By that time it was too late to go back out
If I had if known that up front I would have stopped somewhere else for dinner
