Pros:

Location, cleanness, they have got everything to be q great hotel, but the service wasn’t great

Cons:

Staff do not seem to communicate with each other, making avoidable mistakes with reservations, food orders and mixed messages. Staff were quite inflexible too.

Room was great. Great location. Amazing sleep. Quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

I booked a staycation and live in the Northern beaches. I stayed Sunday Monday Tuesday nights. The pool bar was closed monday/tuesday.. So I had to order through the phone and room service and got charged $8 delivery fee each time. I also booked so I could go to the Champagne bar each night and again this was closed the Sunday and Monday. For $700 a night I feel like all services should be available.
