Finest Luxury Hotel in Odessa.
Pros:

Certainly one of the nicest hotels in Odessa if not the nicest. Very friendly staff. Breakfast cost not worth it. Great location. You need a Ph.D. To understand all the toggle light switches in the room but it’s very pretty with all the various accent lighting. I’ve stayed twice at this hotel and I don’t think the thermostat determines the room temperature at all.

Pros:

The style, comfort and amenities at this hotel were top notch. It could easily have been in London, New York or Paris.

Valeria at the front desk was charming and efficient and recalled me from a visit I had made more than a year ago. The spa is nice also.

Location and cleanliness excellent. Restaurant fantastic. Staff fabulous. Could not control room temperature. I like to sleep in cooler temperature. In winter could not lower temperature!

It was only a short greeting, not really caring of guests. The service provided is not enough for a five stars Hotel. I’ll not choose this Hotel again for our future stays in Odessa.

Was expecting more from a SOFITEL hotel. Service was average and room looked nice but was made from very low quality materials that were falling apart. Especially unimpressed with SPA

Pros:

Uniqe hotel in the center, the best breackfast i ever seen in hotels all over the word!
Wish for a better conditionier in the room and more info about the city in english, better concierge service.
Next time will choose this hotel again.
