Garden Suites: All of our Garden Suites are located at the rear of Caroco Aparthotel, offering a quieter and more peaceful stay.
1-Bedroom & 2-Bedroom Apartments: These are located next door to Caroco Aparthotel.
All guests for serviced apartments and Garden suites must check in at the Caroco reception before being directed to their accommodations.
Check-in & Check-out
Smart Check-in Process: Guests receive contactless digital key information by text/email by noon on the day of arrival. You can check in any time after 2:00 PM using this information.
Reception Hours: Reception is manned until late at night should you require assistance.
Check-out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Early Check-in: Guests may arrive from 9:30 AM to wait in the lounge area or leave luggage until the room is ready. Early access to rooms may be arranged (subject to availability and extra cost).
Parking
Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.
Free street parking is available from 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM Monday–Saturday, and all day Sunday.
Housekeeping & Services
A complimentary clean with linen and towel change is provided once per week.
Additional cleaning, linen, and towel services are available for an extra fee.

Group reservations of 3 or more rooms are subject to a nonrefundable cancellation policy.
All buildings have multiple apartments of different shapes, sizes, and levels. Please inform us in advance if you have specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Guests are required to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the event of an early departure or no-show, the property will charge the full amount of the stay.
Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted.
As the property is located in a residential area, guests are kindly asked to refrain from excessive noise and note that visitors are not permitted in rooms.
For all 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Serviced Apartments, a £200 refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

The host was really friendly and helpful. The parking is right at the door and the apartment looked brand new. The amount of money I payed compared to the value of it is amazing. I loved the apartment and it was easy to check in.
I was disappointed in the morning as I asked if there was breakfast and they said it was served at 7:30 am but there was no one there to actually serve anything.
Easy to check in- staff helpful- room was good size and facilities were excellent- nice touch of complimentary breakfast in the morning- couldn't fault it.

The location wss nesr enough to where I was attending the conference. The gentleman was at the reception was a very polite and reassuring person. Very good customer skills., a gentleman.
Our bed, I booked a room for me and my wife and I booked a double bed obviously, however upon arriving at the hotel I noticed that it wasnt a double bed instead it was two single bed put together which has a gap in the middle and the bed kept moving apart. Not a good experience. Very dissapointed 😞 🙄
The floor above us was so squeaky and noisy. My goodness, we can't sleep at night and early in the morning when the occupant began to move around. It was that loud and annoying. 🤬🤬
When I put my stuff on the bedside table,I was dissapointed when the table top slide off and fell to the floor and I was like what the.........There was no shower gell in the shower. The sink kept blocking up every time we use them, not sure whats wrong with the outlet pipe. We have to pause/wait until the water has drain out before we can continue to use it.🤬🤬🤬
I didn't have time to tell the receptionist cos I was rushing to go to the conference after checking in.

Banging noise coming from room above till late hours.
Breakfast supposed to be included but dining room closed and still closed at 8 when I left. Did complain and got a standard text reply blaming traffic and thanking me for my understanding because my plans didn’t go as i’d hoped??? No breakfast no refund and no proper reply. Very poor.
The size of the double bed suite with patio was very spacious and the layout worked well.
Staff were helpful upon arrival, and pleasant at check out when I saw them.
Communication via WhatsApp and email was time efficient.
Available elements within the room; coffee/ tea/ milk/ some biscuits/ hair dryer/ ironing board (but no iron)/ kitchenette with hob/ kettle/ cups/ plates/ glasses/ cutlery/ adequate amount of towels, and a decent sized TV with lots of channels to choose from. Lots of charging points too.
Optional use of laundry room too.
A short walking distance to East Croydon Station, which was great for travel to the 2 venues we were visiting over the weekend.
The banging of the external entrance door - All night long, both nights! And we were the floor below. It just echoed through and woke us out of sleep.
Our first night there appeared to be a party going on with some of the guests, they were very loud till gone 5am in the morning, going in and out to smoke outside the building. The building corridors stunk of weed.
The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear EVERYTHING through the apartment door.
Staff there till late, but no one over night.
Entrance to the back car park is not fit for the size of modern suv cars to get through - just don’t do it!
I had a suspicion that the cleaning was done on the fly, even though we didn’t check in until around 10pm due to travel, as the flooring was very dusty, and in front of the kitchenette it was sticky with residue from fizzy drink/ alcohol (I hope).
I felt I was justified when I received a call after I left stating that s€x toys had been found in the drawers in the apartment and asked if they belonged to me? I never used or looked into the bed side drawers whilst there, so that was quite gross and I’m grateful I didn’t discover them myself.
When is a double bed not a double bed… when they are 2 singles held together with a zipped sheeted cover, and a dip in the middle.
All in all what was meant to be a restful stay in an actually overall lovely looking room at a somewhat decent price, had us leaving with migraine and backache.
