Great experience
Pros:

Everything was top notch—the bed, the room, maintenance/cleanliness of the facility and the breakfast. Why can’t I feel this way at more properties??

Extremely clean, but lacking on the breakfast
Pros:

The location was good, the room was extremely clean, and the staff was nice. The only negative I can say was that the breakfast left a little to be desired. No many choices.

A cut above
Pros:

We stayed here for 1 night while passing through the area. This is a very nice hotel. Updated lobby, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was a little better than most, with the addition of fresh fruit and real eggs. Room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

A comfortable stay with friendly staff!
Pros:

Our room was clean and smelled nice. The free breakfast was pretty good! The staff was very friendly and made our kids feel welcome.

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest is getting two waffle makers for the buffet.

Best place to stay in Gaylord
Pros:

Always clean. Room are quiet and comfortable. Friendly employees. Our favorite is the impeccably clean saltwater pool.

Brenda is a Queen!
Pros:

From the moment I walked in the front door I felt welcomed. Brenda checked us in and gave us the run down. Super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Room was great, pool and hot tub spectacular. Everything clean and comfortable. 10/10 would drive out of my way to stay here again.

Very nice hotel!
Pros:

Very nice hotel!! Exceptionally clean and fresh. The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable with normal sized pillows. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, waffles and other basic accoutrements.

The staff was so outgoing and friendly, they were the best part of the stay! Crystal was especially helpful and made our stay amazing!
