Exceptional value
Pros:

The value is exceptional: the room is big and spotless, the balcony is big and pleasant (a bit noisy on the road side), and the team are pleasant and cooperative. Decent & no-frills breakfast upstairs. Short 1-2 min walk to the beach promenade that takes your either towards the airport to see planes land & take off (5 min walk), or central Kuta (15-25 min depending on your walking pace).

Cons:

Rooms are available after 2 PM (no early check-in available!), on the other hand, the housekeeping team do a great job and keep the corridors & rooms very clean.

I would definitely stay again if we go to Bali.
Pros:

The best ever genuine Balinese hospitality. Wayan and Made were so kind. Wayan’s breakfast is the best we had in Bali. We enjoyed 6 nights right on the beach. Wayan took us to a Balinese shop to find traditional outfits. And Made organised a snorkelling and a fishing trip. Wayan and Made were kind enough to prepare fresh fish on the beach for us. Just an unforgettable experience.

Pros:

Pool ,room, restaurant all very good and clean. Best showers yet in bali and spotlessly clean. Have stayed here 5 times and the hotel and standards have not changed. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to the cleaning staff,rooms and hotel areas and restaurant very clean and to the Gardner's outside gardens always maintained.

Cons:

Pillows too soft not very comfortable.

The staff were always happy, polite and very friendly; spotlessly clean throughout; good english; very approachable; great room; great airconditioning; reliable wifi; good food; close to restaurants and massages but nice and quiet; staff always helpful. We LOVED that we could refill our water bottles so great not to be throwing away all the plastic bottles and that Bali streets and around the hotel are much much cleaner since our last visit 2 years ago. Lovely clean pool. Lovely quiet music in breakfast area and no music in pool area is nice so you can get some silence to read....

Cons:

Cigarette trays around pool not always emptied; we are non-smokers; music in upstairs eating area too loud; Dirty dishes around pool area not monitored; call for service around pool generally not noticed; broken umbrellas not repaired. Someone could be checking or monitoring the pool area to clear away empty drinks, plates, ashtrays, etc. instead of just standing downstairs in eating area. I am in customer service there is always something you can be doing...
