I personally love the design and location and the functionality of Sulis Hotel
Pros:

Breakfast is good selection, service excellent, location perfect for holiday only the weather due to time of year, it rained lol

Front Office and the GM keep up the hospitality
Pros:

Front office staff are extremely friendly. Hotel General Manager is also good in communication. All my queries replied swiftly. Upon checking out front office staff maintain with excellent communication and vwry friendly. Cafe male staff should be more friendlier. Overall the hotel, staffs and GM are great.

Cons:

The sink water water flow very slow and shower head can't hold up right. This my third time staying last time was in December and most recent February and all three rooms are having same issues. I a frequent 3 times staying with the hotel but can't give late check out till 3pm. Pretty dissapointed to stay loyal with the hotel but front office not able to give. Next visit before end of this month will be staying another hotel due to this. 3 times stay frequent guest does not get extra treatment to show hotel value frequent guest.

Great spot
Pros:

Great spot and great value.
2nd stay. Ladies at the Warungs in the Jerman Beach car park are great 👍
A good breakfast down at the beach.

Cons:

Having to walk through flood water at 11pm while a hotel branded vehicle drove down the street at a decent speed, creating a bow wave over knee height. A long walk from the top of the street.
