Great location. Close to the beach and closed to many shops and restaurants.
Bed was to stiff/to firm. I prefer a soft bed.
The house cleaning staff does an amazing job. The room with two double beds is really big. Beds are very large and confortable. There is a big wardrobe.
The bathroom comes with a bath tab and a shower.
The entire building is very nice, with a nice and fast elevator, a wide staircase etc.
The only problem is that the drapes are not really blackout curtains. Luckily our room was not facing east, but still it was too bright in the room to sleep comfortably in the morning.

This is an older hotel. The staff was very helpful. I not sure what you expect considering the price. It is a good value. The staff was there to help when we needed them.
I just can not fault this hotel. If we paid $ 50.00 per night I might say there we things that could be improved. But I give them a thumbs up

Located very nice really close to restaurants and bars. We got what we expected. Not top tier, but ok value.
All good. Looks like the new owner/ manager is getting on top of things. Towels and bedding were new, pool area is being refurbished.
Nothing really for the money it was great. I guess other people might be inconvenienced by the work around the pool but they never started till 8.30 so again for the cheap price it wasn't a problem.

The beach is close, many good restaurants are nearby. The room is cleaned everyday.
AC is little bit noisy, no light near the mirror in the bathroom.
