Hier sollte dringend in Management und Instandhaltung investiert werden.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, um schnell zum Flughafen zu gelangen. Das Frühstück war umfangreich.

Cons:

Der Boden im Zimmer wurde ewig nicht gereinigt. Nach dem Duschen direkt dreckige Füße beim durchlaufen. Der Duschkopf fiel von der Wand. Das warme Wasser am Waschbecken war defekt. Die Tür vom Bad ließ sich nicht schließen, der Türgriff war abgerissen. Das Essen im Restaurant war unterdurchschnittlich. Viele Gerichte auf der Karte nicht bestellbar. Das Hotel fühlt sich so an, als wenn es vor 5 Jahren mal ok war, aber seit dem keiner mehr Interesse hatte, den Standard auch nur annähernd zu halten. Wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel versuchen.

Great stay with comfortable rooms and delicious food - a little luxury while travelling Sulawesi!
Pros:

We loved the open-air design of the hotel inside the lobby area and also in the restaurant. The views of Luwuk by the sea were especially excellent. The in-house massage service and BBQ night in the restaurant were very memorable and we thoroughly enjoyed both of these experiences. Delicious and varied food for both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend staying here after you've been on an adventure around the Banggai Islands.

Fijne bedden, vriendelijk personeel. Mooi uitzicht. Zwembad. Goed ontbijt. Mooie setting.

We hebben er inmiddels vaker geslapen. Iedere kamer heeft schimmel onder de wasbak.

Pros:

Location atop with good views over the bay and Luwuk. Helpful reception desk. The open view breakfast/restaurant area. Comfortable bed with nice duvet and pillows.

Some of the facilities were a bit dated, such as the shower head and room AC.

Un bel soggiorno al Swiss Bellin

Ottima vista, staff molto gentile e la colazione super!!!

Cons:

Camera con diversi dettagli che possono essere sistemati. Le lenzuola erano macchiate e le finestre del balcone non si chiudevano molto bene, non erano isolate. La nostra stanza era nella vicinanza di una moschea e al mattino molto presto si sentiva muezzin.
