This place is missing professional maintenance
Pros:

Nice view over Luwuk and the bay in a secluded area.

Cons:

This place needs definitely better maintenance: Old trash in front if the balcony in the garden, mounts (shower) broken/shattery, a lot of mold around bathroom sink, phones in several rooms not working and better cleaning of rooms and public areas should be considered urgently. I don't know if the managment is too lazy or if they just want profit without investing in service anymore.

Simply the best hotel where i've been! Comfortable and clean room with own balcony, everything what you need around for friendly price compare to what you get. Delicious food. Supernice and friendly staff especialy smiley girl in Barelo named Serli 🌞

Pros:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und der Ausblick von der Lobby ist schön

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Der Pool war nicht benutzbar aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten und wir hatten kein heißes Wasser an beiden Tagen. Da das Hotel weit abgelegen von der Stadt ist, muss man im Hotelrestaurant essen. Das Essen war extrem schlecht und sehr teuer mit Preisen auf europäischem Niveau.

Frukosten var både god och tillräcklig och läget var utöver det vanliga: sagolik havsutsikt.

Kurzaufenthalt in Luwuk
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer sauber und modern. Der Pool stets aufgeräumt.
Wir haben das Hotel nur als Unterkunft für einen Zwischenstopp genommen und waren damit sehr zu frieden.

Cons:

Sehr weit oben am Hang durch eine steile Strasse erreichbar.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gegen halb 9 halb leer und wurde nur sporadisch aufgefüllt.
