Marcan Resort Hotel

The hotel is wonderful! It is very clean, beautiful, and in an excellent location, close to the bazaar and the beach.

All the staff were incredibly friendly, from the manager to the housekeeping team, who cleaned our room every day. Check-in was quick and easy, and the reception staff were always helpful with everything.

The two bartenders, Emir and Sahin, are funny, friendly, and make amazing drinks.

The pool is clean, and the garden is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of lovely flowers. There is a wide variety of delicious food to choose from.

There are plenty of activities, including water polo, darts, table tennis, aqua gym, and great music playing throughout the day.

We were extremely satisfied with everything and would be happy to come back again. We highly recommend this hotel!

Brilliant location

This was our second visit to Marcan Resort, and although there have been a few changes since our first stay two years ago, it remains our favourite.

The staff are friendly, welcoming, and incredibly hardworking, always making us feel at home. The housekeeping team do a fantastic job, ensuring fresh towels and clean bedding are provided daily. There is a wide variety of food available, with plenty of choice and something different to enjoy each day.

Our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. As we were travelling with our son, having two bedrooms made our stay even more comfortable. The mountain views from our balcony were stunning and made waking up each morning feel extra special.

The location of the hotel is also ideal. It is conveniently close to the strip, where all the shops, cafés, and bars are located, yet just far enough away to remain peaceful and quiet. It was lovely to have everything within walking distance, including the stunning beach.

The pool area is beautiful, spotless, and well maintained, and the water slides are great fun for all ages. The spa is also wonderful — I had a one-hour full body massage during our stay, which I would highly recommend.

A huge thank you to all the staff at Marcan Resort Hotel for making our holiday so special once again. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Приветливый персонал. Спасибо, ,что заселили в 10 утра, сразу 11 человек и без доплат!!! Хороший завтрак, обед и ужин. Бар работает до 23.00, дети и взрослые остались довольны!

Hotelin konumu mükemmeldi. Personelden o kadar memnun kaldım ki, kimi daha çok övsem bilemiyorum. Hotelden memnun ayrıldım.

Well what can i say when booking told us tea coffee making was in room that first lie . Cold shower most days (due to my illness this inst acceptable for me need warm water not cold ).No cup to rinse mouth out when cleaning teeth . Dirt towels Six days not toaster not working in main diner . Waiters waitress very polite . Kept changing opening times of diner . Barely any english food (like my cornflakes ) .No syrup in fizzy drinks ! Kept changing or removing things . Reported air con leaking in our room fixed then started leaking again told been done and put towel on top of head rest as leaking on bed . Oh birds nesting in top corner of building and bird droppings not cleaned away . Now these are not made up are true facts on our stay . Oh no entertainment either !.

I caveat this with I paid £700 for 8 nights for 2 all inclusive.

Hotel room small but fine. Powerful shower but max temp was Luke warm. Ok as was hot.

Overall hotel was well kept and decent. Big pool. No gym though advertised with one.

Very good pool table (free) the table tennis table was awful!! Wonky. BUT great fun anyway.

Animation Mesut was very good entire time. Doing his best with very few people. Not bad at table tennis either😬 well done mesut

All staff friendly but very limited English in a tourist hotel leads to difficulties.

Drinks - it was as expected. Poor quality apart from beer. I didn’t try wine or gin. At least they do measure it so the strength is not overpowering which is the norm with turkey / Egypt all inclusive drinks

Food

Always something in evening if not fussy and try. Generally fine with me thanks.

Lunch was pretty poor but was plenty of fresh salad and fruit. So fine with me overall

It was very quiet so I guess the choices get better as Buffett fully opens

Turkey is now basically UK prices folks so be aware of this. The hassle from fake shops is relentless and they are definitely price fixing amongst themselves so try and haggle but you won’t get what it realistic in my opinion for what is a fake cotton t shirt!

DP Purfume is very good though and about £13 100 ml bottle. I have some of the originals and they smell very very similar overall and lasting

Location was fantastic, rooms very clean , excellent value for money.
The female cook was absolutely wonderful. Her name starts with a V..
always a good selection of food and the chilli con Carni is out of this world!

Hotel experience was good for five days but me and my partner have said we don’t think we Could stay any longer or come back to the hotel. The staff a super friendly and helpful despite most of them knowing very little English and the pool is good but the rooms are a bit cramped we were in a double room. I think the bed was a bit uncomfortable but my partner loved it 🤣. Breakfast was okay not a lot of options though and I would say 3 out of the 5 days lunch and dinner was good. Drinks were okay , we found it confusing as some were included in the all inclusive but others you were charged extra for but they did not clarify what drinks were extra.
Overall a good stay and good location to the beach and the main strip of oludiniz good for a short stay.

Best spa experience in the hotel.! The massage was perfect the staff made us feel very welcome and relaxed from beginning to end. We booked it again for tomorrow because we loved it so much. Thank you to Hasan and Yakup and their all team. Amazing spa team.

Veľmi priateľskí personál, vyšli nám v ústrety, keďže partnerka je na invalidnom vozíku, vymenili nám izbu na prízemí, aby mala čo najlepší prístup do izby.
Veľmi chutné jedlo, veľká vďaka kuchárom a čašníkom.
Krásne prostredie.

We went to the Spa located at this hotel and This was the best experience we have ever had The staff were very knowledgeable and treated us with respect in all aspects of the treatment we had

Great location brilliant food Mesut was great at the entertaining playing Darts and Dancing. We had a great time watching the the Paragliders from our sun loungers. Staff were wonderful on the bar and restaurant we will return. Love the slides.
