Pros:

1. Очень понравился персонал. Ребята - большие молодцы, всегда помогут, подскажут, посоветуют.
2. Отель чистенький и ухоженный. Все сделано с душой.

This was my first experience with Georgian hospitality at S and L Hotel, and it left a strong impression.
All the people I interacted with were genuinely helpful and welcoming, which made settling in much easier than expected.

The management staff, specifically Giorgi, was friendly and attentive throughout my stay, making sure everything was taken care of and any questions were handled quickly.
The owner, despite the language barrier, was consistently warm and welcoming.

The accommodation itself was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was clean, practical, and well set up for a short stay.
Overall, a positive experience and a good introduction to Georgia.
