Отличный отель !Совершенно открытый располагающий к себе персонал ,без лишнего пафоса .Очень дружелюбные .Очень чисто ,комфортно .Потрясающие завтраки в роскошной оранжерее .Для детей -идеально ,есть из чего выбрать .Местоположение достаточно комфортное ,без лишнего шума и суеты ,это район Сабурталло .До центра минут 15-20 ,до зоопарка минут 15.Нам очень понравился отель ,в следующий раз только сюда .

Enjoyable and friendly place to stay in Tbilisi
Pros:

Friendly welcoming staff (including welcome drink) spacious clean room with excellent bathroom. AC was very effective at cooling the room when required and also windows could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast and terrace areas were clean, tidy and inviting. The breakfast area garden was especially nice. We were able to leave some luggage at the hotel while travelling elsewhere in Georgia. Nice park with Turtle Lake Ropeway nearby.

Cons:

It’s a 20 minute walk to the metro, and while pleasant, is not ideal from a location point of view. But we knew this when we booked.

Pros:

Super nuit dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuse et très bien équipées.
Très bon petit déjeuné.
Le personnel est très souriants.

Cons:

Bon hôtel dans son ensemble, mais quand on met des chambres à ce prix là on doit avoir tout les équipements nécessaires. Surtout à Tbilisi où il y a de nombreux hôtels.
Le sauna est en supplément.
Pas de parking, vous devez vous garder dans des petits emplacements au bords de la route en pente, se qui rend les manœuvre compliquées.
Plusieurs coupures de wifi.

Хорошая гостиница для любителей тишины, вдалеке от всех шумных туристических мест.
При позднем заезде нам тут же предложили по бокалу вина. Приятно!))
Номер большой - теоевизор, конлиционер, холодильник, чайник. Есть сейф, фен, халаты, тапочки и зуб.щётки.
Уборка - по желанию клиента, чтобы ему не мешать. Завтрак не большой, но хватает хорошо позавтракать. Можно посидеть на террасе третьего этажа с бокальчиком вина.
Есть бассейн, на который мы никогда не успевали, потому что поздно возвращались.

Cons:

Всё понравилось. А то, что не нравилось Администрация отеля быстро всё решало без проблем.

Забота на высшем уровне
Pros:

Забота о клиентах на высшем уровне, нас просто купали во внимание и заботе. Показали отель, предложили угостить вином или чаем. Красивая терраса, отличный бассейн. Номер не большой, но уютный. Всё необходимое есть: фен, халаты, шампунь, зубная щетка и т.д. Чайника в номере нет,но он в доступе на этаже кафе и террасы. Мы сказали когда уезжаем, к нам пришли за чемоданом и проводили до такси, безумно приятно. Спасибо персоналу и отелю.

Уныло, некомфортно, без души

Хороший завтрак, отзывчивый персонал. На этом достоинства заканчиваются.

Cons:

Кроме завтрака, не понравилось абсолютно ничего в отеле: на подушках спать невозможно, розеток нет ни над письменным столом, ни внизу, у кровати тоже не все работают, в ванной почти совсем темно, отель стоит на прямо на дороге, вид ужасный. Шумоизоляции нет вообще, и с улицы и внутри слышно все, на втором этаже, куда меня поселили, сильный запах хлорки из бассейна, который находится там же, но плавать в нем можно только по часам - с 10 утра до 8 вечера. Промучалась всю ночь почти без сна, утром заглянула в бассейн посмотреть, тут же пришел администратор и сказал мне ай-яй-яй - увидел меня в камеру. При этом, накануе вечером в 11 там развлекались подростки, шумели и веселились, им, наверное, можно. При этом, просто посмотреть утром, не говоря уже о том, чтобы поплавать, точно нельзя, ведь 10-ти еще не было. Позавтракала (отметила завтрак как хороший) и уехала. Фото вида из окна прикладываю.
