Персонал в отеле замечательный — всегда вежливые, доброжелательные и готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Благодаря им чувствуется по-настоящему тёплая и гостеприимная атмосфера.
В отеле очень чисто, уютно и комфортно. Номера аккуратные, всё хорошо подготовлено для отдыха, поэтому находиться здесь было действительно приятно.
Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина отеля — очень приятный, доброжелательный и открытый человек. Было приятно познакомиться и пообщаться с ним лично.
Спасибо всему персоналу и администрации за отличный сервис, чистоту и заботу о гостях. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель другим.

Well-located and good value, though not quite 4-star quality
Pros:

The location is excellent if you need to be in this part of the city. A convenient bus stop is just steps away, and several small shops are within easy walking distance. One of Tbilisi’s top shopping malls is also just a short bus ride away. In the immediate area, you’ll find a popular local restaurant, a few cozy cafés, and the expansive Vake Park - all adding to the convenience and appeal of the setting.

The hotel itself is modest - certainly not up to 4-star standards by Nordic benchmarks- but it provides a reasonable level of comfort and adequate room facilities. I didn’t use the pool or other amenities, so I can’t comment on those. The breakfast is very basic, though I appreciated the option to pre-select items the day before, which likely helps reduce food waste. Interestingly, this seems to be an unintentional sustainability effort, as broader environmental practices are not widely observed in Georgia.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, which positively influenced my overall impression. I didn’t use the Wi-Fi, so I can’t speak to its quality. However, the air conditioning in the room was a major plus - especially since my room faced the sunny side of the building and got quite hot during the day. Given how intense Tbilisi summers can be, having a functioning aircon makes a big difference. The shower was also in good condition and worked well, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The room advertised as having a “mountain view” actually overlooks a shared terrace, which can be quite busy at times. This limits the privacy and makes it less appealing to keep the curtains open. As for the “mountain” itself, it’s more of a small hill dotted with mobile antennas and surrounded by unattractive buildings, definitely not a scenic or memorable view. A downside to the breakfast experience is the lack of specificity in the pre-selection options. For example, choosing “juice” could result in anything from orange to grape juice, and “fruits” could mean any variety without prior indication. It would be much more helpful to have clearly defined choices. Additionally, dietary restrictions are generally not well understood or accommodated in Georgia, and this applies not only to the hotel but to most restaurants in Tbilisi as well, so travelers with specific dietary needs should plan accordingly.

One final note: I was disappointed that no staff were present at the reception when I checked out early in the morning, despite ringing the bell. This lack of attention at departure left a less-than-ideal final impression.
