Pros:

Had to wait for 30min plus because they could not find reservation and after waiting long time - they told me that there is no room available

Just DON'T GO THERE!
Pros:

I don't understand why this hotel had 5 points as a review and it was the reason I booked it. This is the WORST hotel rooms I haven't seen. It is like a hostel budget hotel with mold and very old bed. We saw the rooms and we left, did not even slept there. HOTELS.COM should verify hotels offered on their website. All hotels in Kigali have wifi now so it is no longer a criterion for your selection. Last time I am using either one of these "hosts"
