Nice enough for the price, great spot close to the beach
Staff came in to fix something in bathroom while we were in the room, they knocked but were insistent. A simple heads up through booking.com or WhatsApp that they needed to do some work in the room would’ve been much appreciated, we could have tidied and got out of the way.
They're extremely helpful and friendly.They're treating everyone like family.

La chambre était grande, vitrée avec balcon très sympa même si un.peu bruyante, le matelas pas trop top .
La gentillesse de tout le personnel et l’efficacité de la gérante. Il y avait eu un dégât d’eau dans notre chambre avant notre arrivée, elle nous a installé dans un appartement sur la rivière et tout près du pont du Dragon durant les travaux et nous avons récupéré une chambre refaite à neuf.
Hôtel situé à 5 min de marche de la plage et des transats en location et à environ 40 min de la partie plus touristique de cette partie de la ville. Une épicerie en face et le restaurant indien de l’hôtel est très bon.

The staff were really helpful and very responsive. The family rooms were really comfortable and as shown in the pic. The rooms were well maintained and they made up the room every morning -prestine clean. The food in the Indian restaurant was fantastic and affordable. Will highly recommend the stay and will definitely comeback
The staff are lovely, room cleaned every day, the Indian restaurant downstairs is amazing. 5 mins and you’re at the beach, 30 minute stroll and you’re at beach clubs like paradise, maia etc. room 301 has a balcony but the extended balcony can be used by everyone. Overall good value and good location, would definitely stay again

I honestly really liked the staff, and the room was pretty big. Although the property is on a busy main street, I was on the 5th floor so I couldn’t hear any noise. The location is also close to the tourist areas
The rooms did not look like the pictures on their website but were comfortable enough for the price and they had great hot water in the shower! Breakfast was really a great value with the room rate and their Indian food for lunch and dinner was excellent.
Would have been nice to have a decent chair in the room to sit on.
I liked the location of the property because it is a quick walk to the beach. And it is also on the main road so its easy to hop on a grab and head across the dragon bridge if you want to reach the other side of Da Nang.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The worse bed I have slept on in a very very long time. I went and bought a mattress padding just to survive the week stay I booked at this place. My view was off an alley filled with trash. Everything is just very mediocre, but I guess I got what I paid for.

Po pierwsze w całym hotelu pachniało (śmierdziało) indyjskim jedzeniem. Częścią hotelu jest indyjska restauracja i niestety ale w pokoju śmierdziało jedzeniem.
Natomiast najgorsze było to, że w kuchni hotelu palony był grill z węgla drzewnego. W trakcie śniadania, sala jadalna była tak zadymiona, że szok! Cali śmierdzieliśmy dymem. Wszystkie ubrania nadawały się do prania.
Poza tym czystość pokoju pozostawiała wiele do życzenia.
