Pros:

Get tied up at Dao Ngọc hotel ‘s checkout this morning. The hotel staffs insisted that they provided the room with three pairs of plastic sandals and found only two upon inspection. They asked me to pay for the missing pair.
Not guilty, I pleased

“Look at my feet . They’re as big as an elephant foot. It won’t fit me. I am a big person with very big feet .Why do I have to steal your little sandals ? “
I refused to make payment, prepared to sit down in protest.
Then they found out that my cousin has accidentally opened a bottle of water in the little refrigerator.
They demanded 20,000 Dong. I offered to give them the whole bag of bottle water , same size or larger . Not accepting.
So we pay them the 20,000 plus the angry, disgusting silly faces
Boys, this embarrassing encounter doesn’t have to happen after an almost perfect visit .

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli hidasta ja hankalaa. Varausta ei ilmeisesti löytynyt nimellä, vaan jouduin itse kaivamaan sähköpostistani millaisen huoneen olen varannut. Hotellin sivuilla puhuttiin buffet aamiaisesta, jota ei kuitenkaan saatu, koska hotellissa ei ollut tarpeeksi asukkaita. Buffet aamiaisen sijaan saimme yhden sämpylän, paistetun kananmunan, vähän kasviksia ja vettä. Vaihtoehtona olisi myös ollut mauton nuudelikeitto joka oli selvästi tehty pikanuudeleista. Meille ei kuitenkaan kerrottu sisäänkirjautuessamme, että aamupala ei vastaa lupauksia. Kylpyhuone oli todella epäsiisti. Suihkuverho oli homeessa ja vesihana irti lavuaarista. Huoneissa ei ollut myöskään mitään ”älä häiritse” kylttiä vaan siistijä koputteli ovella niin kauan, että avasimme oven ja jouduimme siirtymään huoneesta pois siivoamisen ajaksi vaikka ajankohta ei ollut meille sopiva.

Hotel closed to night market
Pros:

The place is convenient to get to the night market and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast buffet is good and plentiful provided that you come down early! Staff is friendly and helpful. However the room has a musty smell due to mildew and we have to change after the first night. Overall the experience is good!
