Pros:

This was a beautiful hotel, well decorated in the room and the lobby areas. Delicious breakfasts and great customer service. It is a short taxi ride from the town centre, and walking distance from some of the local sights.

فندق جميل ورائع يخدم بشكل مباشر العرسان الجدد او من يريد أن يجدد حياته الزوجيه بعيد عن الابناء و الأطفال لا ينفع الاشخاص الذين معهم اطفالهم او لا يمتلك سيارة خاصه في تنقلاته مكانه جدا هادئ مع انه يعتبر في وسط طربزون ومع ذلك يقع في منطقة بين الجبال والخضار الغرفة مجهزه بديكور واجواء جدا خيالية مهتمين باهم التفاصيل في الغرفة من السرير للاضاءت لكل ما يخطر في بالك من ناحية قضئ جو رومنسي مع شريكة حياتك حتى العازل الجنسي موفر في الغرفة انصح بالغرف الكبير التي فيها جكوزي كبير يتسع انت وشريكة حياتك مع بعض

عيبه الوحيد الخدمة في المطعم ضعيفه شي ما ضعف اللغة الإنجليزية عندهم

Unprofessional staff أسوأ خدمة وتعامل مع الزبائن

خدمة الأشخاص فيها قلة أخلاق واحترام للزبائن وهناك تكبر وتعالي على العرب، ولو لم أكن قد سددت كامل إقامتي لكنت غادرته فورا، لأن الموظف الذي يرفع صوته على الزبون ويقول له ليس لدي وقت للاستماع اليك لأنني مشغول فهذا قمة الوطاوة والاستخفاف والاستهتار بالإنسان.
I called for the staff in charge on the breakfast time to enquire about the breakfast that is limited and force u to have the egg the way they cook ,when I was still talking he interrupted me saying I have no time to talk ,iam buisy.very unprofessional staff and very limited breakfast options for an expensive hotel stay.i dont recommend it for any body.i choose the hotel based on customer feedback,unfortunately not as expected.
