M Suite Butik Apart Hotel

We were extremely satisfied and would definitely choose this place again if we come back to Bodrum. The beaches are just a 5-minute walk away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around, making it ideal for those who enjoy nightlife. Using the hotel’s own pool was also very convenient. The staff were very helpful and attentive — when we weren’t happy with our first room, they immediately assisted us and changed it. The new room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony.

Genel olarak temizdi park sorunu var

Gümbet barlar bölgesinde temiz bir butik otel. Apart odalarında uzun süreli konaklamak da mümkün. Deniz manzaralı odasının manzarası ve konforu mükemmeldi. Otele vardığımızda odamızda klima çalışır halde ve serindi bu çok hoşumuza gitti. Otopark sıkıntısı, gece barların gürültüsü eksileriydi ancak sorun etmekdik. Kahvaltı hizmeti de yoktu ama isterseniz odadaki mutfağınızı kullanmanız mümkündü. Genel olarak biz memnun kaldık.

We got to the stay very late and unfortunately the room was not clean at all. Hair everywhere on the bed and pillows, fridge was not cleaned, floor was not mopped and bathroom was not cleaned. We went to ask for a clean bedsheet at least and when mentioned about the cleanliness the receptionist he said okay and he gave us a new bedsheet. This also had hairs when we put it on the bed. We were super exhausted so just wanted to sleep and check out. I have more than enough pictures to present this.

Kos feribotumuz öncesi 1 gece konaklama yaptık. Oda daha uzun süre de kalınabilecek uygun bir odaydı. Önünde havuzu olması güzeldi. Oda temizdi.

Ailecek 1+1 de konakladık 3 kişiydik, kötü yorumlara rağmen denemek istedik ve gerçekten odalar temizdi. Resepsiyondaki personeller güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular çok teşekkür ederim..
Otelin konumu mükemmel; hem çarşıya çok yakın hem de sahile yürüme mesafesinde, Bodruma her geldiğimde bu otelde kalacağım.. herkese tavsiye ederim .

Più che delle condizioni dell’alloggio che non erano assolutamente paragonabili alle foto pubblicate in questo sito, vorrei parlare della gestione di questa prenotazione che è stata a dir poco imbarazzante. L’assistenza clienti ha gestito la cosa a proprio piacimento, facendo cose da me non richieste. Mi hanno completamente rovinato la vacanza. Una volta arrivato all’alloggio, ho constatato che non confermava gli standard proposti. L’appartamento presentava grossi difetti e scarsa pulizia. Ho chiesto gentilmente di porre rimedio a questa situazione, ma non ho mai chiesto di cancellare la prenotazione e chiedere un rimborso. Cosa che ho del.com ha fatto senza avvisare. Così sono rimasto a girovagare per Bodrum, consapevole di non avere una prenotazione con una famiglia e due bambini. Sono stato tre ore a litigare con un call center virtuale. E mi hanno detto che una volta che la cancellazione è stata effettuata, non si poteva fare altro. Mi hanno proposto uno sconto sulle future prenotazioni, ma in realtà non hanno minimamente risolto il problema in quel momento per me. Ho dovuto gestire la situazione in autonomia e prenotare nuovamente la camera che avevano cancellato. La cosa più deludente è stata il fatto che mi hanno detto che avevo chiesto io la cancellazione del rimborso. Per fortuna ho fatto screenshot di tutta la comunicazione che testimonia ciò che ho detto realmente. Dopo tanti anni che uso Hotel.com questa volta posso dire che non sono stati minimamente all’altezza.

Konum iyi, ama park yeri yok. Yardımcı personel yok. Temizlik iyi değildi. Apart otelde olması gereken mutfak malzemeleri yoktu.

Personeller iyi ve güzel yüzlüydü iyi karşıladılar fakat oda çok pisti özellikle banyo çok kötüydü.

Klima aşırı ses çıkarıyordu ve ısınmak için battaniye türü bir şey yoktu olan da çok inceydi gece boyunca üşüdük deniz gören balkon maalesef çok küçüktü konum olarak güzel fiyat performans denilebilir

Bir gece konakladık temiz ve sakindi manzara güzel 3 kişilik oda gayet geniş ve çift balkonlu fiyatına göre çok iyi bı otel tavsiye ederim.

TERRIBLE - WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT AS WE ARRIVED LATE, BUT WOULD OTHERWISE NOT HAVE STAYED AT ALL. WE CHECKED OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER DEMANDING A REFUND.

The room absolutely reeked of smoke, even though it was meant to be non-smoking accommodation.

We booked this "self-catering" room to have the option of cooking, but the only utensils provided were a single fork and a pasta strainer!

Bathroom and kitchen tiles were dirty, mirrors and glass filthy and the wood rotting in the bathroom. Bare electric cables in the kitchen cupboard.

To top it off the one night we stayed neither of us slept at all as a very loud, intermittent plumbing noise kept us up.

Hair and dirt throughout the apartment

Stayed one night in this hotel. Was a comfortable stay once a few small issues were addressed by the staff. Something in the bathroom was making a loud noise so a technical person was called to come and switch it off (ceiling) so that I could sleep properly as it was my last night in Turkey. There was also a slight misunderstanding about trying to print my flight boarding pass as I was initially told that I could print it from the hotel (once the free seat check in was open) but then last night, it seemed I couldn't. This was going to be a stressful last day in Bodrum trying to find somewhere that I could as digital copies are not acceptable in the airport. Anyway, this issue was sorted this morning and I have two copies. A bit of a relief so all good. One good thing for me in this hotel is that there are more English channels on the tv not found in other hotels: Sky news, BBC, France 24, Al Jezeera, etc. This was great for me! Nice view from the small terrace.
