Near the train station, quiet place
Otel çok iyi bir konumda ve çok temiz. Kahvaltı, bir otel kahvaltısının ötesinde... Kendi fırınlarında hazırladıkları birçok ürünü güleryüzle servis ediyorlar. Seyahatimizi özel kılan misafirperver çalışanlara çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Great that breakfast was included in the stay. It wasn’t a hot breakfast, except for scrambled eggs but still a reasonable range to choose from.
The airconditioning wasn’t working in the whole building. Thankfully they provided a fan in the room which was enough to keep us cool. The bathroom was a little bit too small to try and move around in.

The location is excellent, just a five minute walk from the train station. A little further away from the "old" town side, but that allows for a nice calm, quiet neighborhood to stay in. The breakfast offered enough variety for anyone. The room was a little bare but it has everything you need and plenty of space. The staff here is excellent and the courtyard is a great place to relax.
The only negative was that our air conditioner was not working well, but we were still able to keep it manageable and cooler in the evenings with the window open.
The staff were amazing and the location was perfect.
They were having issues with the air conditioning but were doing their best to get it fixed promptly. We were able to open the windows and there was a beautiful breeze during the night.

Très belle accueil, personnel sympa et à l'écoute. Jardin terrasse top, bien appreciable au petit déjeuner et à chaque moment de la journée (bien entretenu) Buffet pour petit déjeuner juste parfait.

All we expected was met.to reach the thoel.
The weather. There was a torrential rain which washed out parts of the roads. We know reaching Cinqueterre is never easy, but this time it was almost impossible. That is not an issue with the hotel
Quarto corresponde as expectativas em relação a outras ofertas em Monterosso considerando o valor. Sem grandes comodidades. Hotel simples mas com boa pressão de água bem como a temperatura . Staff simpático e prestável.
Sem ar condicionado nos dois dias de estadia. Estava off devido a avaria.

Qualche difetto legato all'età della struttura, come le tapparelle che non scorrevano.
La posizione la gentilezza della proprietaria (o responsabile del personale.) il cortile è l’ingresso la colazione e il servizio bar oltre alla proprietaria due cameriere erano gentili.
Bagno appena sufficiente, rubinetto che gocciola, scarsa insonorizzazione, pulizia appena sufficiente, arredi datati, alcuni del personale maleducati letto che si divideva in due nonostante la prenotazione fosse per matrimonioniale. Asciugamani e set di benvenuto molto basico.Mancanza di parcheggio nelle vicinanze o disponibili. Ho chiesto preventivamente mi era stato detto che c’era parcheggio ma non mi era stato detto che andava necessariamente prenotato.. ho lasciato l’auto nuova nell’unico parcheggio libero che era in una spiaggia con le auto attaccate sabbia e salsedine non custodito sotto al sole a 45c• e per la “modica cifra” di 30€ al giorno..( metà della paga base di un italiano medio ). Inoltre sono arrivato alla sera e c’èra un signore in reception che oltre a rispondere a stento nn sapeva come accomodarci molto serioso. Insomma bello il posto ma esperienza piuttosto negativa per quanto pagato (in offerta su Booking) o richiesto addirittura.. sono soldi buttati.. non credo che torneremo mai più a Monterosso.. o se proprio prenderò un b e b nelle vicinanze. Magari con un ambiente più sereno e disteso e magari un bel parcheggio libero per la mia auto nuova. Le uniche 4 stelle che ho visto sono nella mia testa quando ho capito che avrei dovuto parcheggiare in quella fornace!!
Hotel muy bien ubicado, con personas muy amorosas en la atención. Te dan toallas para la playa y un desayuno con muchas opciones.
Le falta un poco de mantenimiento, estuvimos 2 días sin aire acondionado y con mala señal de wi fi en todo el hotel.
