Muito abaixo das expectativas.
Pros:

Localização e as funcionárias na receção.

Cons:

Os quartos cheiravam a humidade, nem tinham qualquer tipo de vista, eram feios para um hotel de 4 estrelas e o pequeno-almoço poderia ter bem mais opções.

Hidden gem in Monterossa. Very friendly and accomodating staff. If in the area, book this hotel.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly. Hotel Palme is conveniently located. Clean and well-priced. The breakfast was very good, with healthy options and delicious. Will book here again. Even supplied us with beach towels and we used the laundry service which was a huge help.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like.

Love this hotel and staff, will definitely return!
Pros:

Walking distance flat street level directly from train to the hotel, breakfast plentiful and included. Staff super friendly!

Cons:

Bathrooms are a touch small, while I understand some European countries and their bidet, I think forfeitting the bidet, replacing that space with a larger shower would have been better use of space. No towel hooks, yes the heated elements but for a quick hang your robe, towel or handtowel... a bit more shelving space for toiletries other than the small glass shelf under the mirror and for some reason our bathroom did not have a toilet paper roll holder. Beware of your first "session" as the TP is stuck at the top of the heating element across from you when you first come in 😉, plan ahead.

Pros:

Loved the terrace. That was a surprise. Breakfast was great. Location great

Cons:

The beds. We were in twin beds by request. Beds were hard and think and an extra pillow maybe stored in closet would have helped.

Właścicielka bardzo pomocna i przesympatyczna Cudowna obsługa, świetna lokalizacja oraz pyszne śniadania. Na pewno jeszcze odwiedzimy ten hotel :)

Нам понравился очень дружелюбный персонал,вкусный завтрак и близкое расположение к морю.Понравилось наличие огромного дворика внутри отеля и возможность завтракать на улице под пальмами

В номерах фоны очень малой мощности,невозможно посушить волосы

Perfect!
Pros:

Perfect location, very clean, there’s an elevator, parking & breakfast was phenomenal! There’s something for everyone. There’s also a wine bar for the evening.

Cons:

The beds were firmer than we like and the pillows flatter than we prefer. Those are personal tastes.
The bathroom is small and lacked storage space.
You have to give your key up when you go out and ask for it back. We didn’t have any issues at all. Just FYI.
