Perfect room, lovely people
Pros:

The charming chap on reception couldn't have been more helpful. The room ("Loft") on the top floor was perfect - big, comfortable, just perfect, and the view from the balcony was lovely. Brilliant value for money, and for anyone arriving by train, as we did, the position is fantastic - 15 minutes walk from the station, and perfectly situated for exploring the centre of Cambridge. The only criticism I could make - and this is really nitpicking - is that they picked the wrong coffee machines for the rooms. (You can't beat the Nespresso-compatible machines with the old-school pods, with a choice of expresso or lungo capsules. My wife's Italian - she needs a good espresso within 5 minutes of waking up.)
Highly recommended. We will return.

Good value, clean hotel between station and centre

The location between the station and the centre. Very clean.

Pleasant rooms and facilities, great location.
Pros:

Great location, clean and large room.

Cons:

There was an error with the booking and my room was occupied. Because I arrived after 8pm, I had to wait for the manager to come in from home. It was an understandable error and they were very apologetic. But it did mean I didn’t get settled until quite a bit later than I expected and had an early start the next morning.

Pros:

Lovely place to stay - great location, clean, good size, fridge with water in it tea coffee etc

Cons:

Loud - you could hear everything from the neighbouring room and unfortunately I had loud neighbours. The doors do that really slow close followed by a massive bang when they closed so you knew when anyone left their room to be fair - I was there for work and I wanted a good sleep. If I came back for a weekend away I would stay here again.

The place is huge - maybe they could consider putting people that have identified they are staying for business in a different location to those on holiday?

Pros:

Excellent location. The room is large and comfortable. Large bathroom, Coffee and tea are readily available.

Lewis and Phillip are excellent and very helpful

Cons:

No one to check you in between 8-11 pm. You have to do self check in.
