Pros:

The location is excellent and they serve a great breakfast (no English breakfast). The rooms are big and comfortable.

Cons:

In the studio the TV WiFi didn’t work.

Great location, staff & breakfast!
Pros:

Great location for exploring Cambridge. Loved the breakfast and fact that the breakfast room had a lovely view of the green space behind the hotel.

Cons:

The room was a bit small but otherwise fine. Could use more storage for clothes.

Really clean, spacious room which was quiet and reception staff really helpful and friendly

Cons:

Floorboards of room above a bit noisy but fortunately not an issue as guests were quiet

Spacious little studio, calm, cool and relaxing.
Pros:

Loved staying at The Regent, we had a park-facing studio which was nicely airconditioned when we arrived (it was the hottest day in May!). It had everything we needed for 2 nights in Cambridge. Enough space to move around while hiding from the heat outside. Generous shower and bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I would have loved to be able to open the windows in the evening and maybe some more vegan options at breakfast like a vegan joghurt but thats just personal preference.

10/10 will book here again for a longer stay!
Pros:

Loved the loft we stayed in and very convenient location and walking distance to the town centre. Breakfast options were great & I enjoyed the coffee. Staff were very helpful and communicative when I accidentally left my kindle and AirPods. We already left Cambridge and it was returned to me very fast via mail. I will definitely stay here again - they have my full trust!

Pros:

Das ganze Ambiente ist wahnsinnig nett hergerichtet. Vom Eingangsbereich über den Frühstücksraum bis zu den Zimmern.
Der Herr am Empfang beim Einchecken war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war weit größer als erwartet und auch im Badezimmer hatten wir richtig viel Platz.
Für's Frühstück gibt's ein gutes Angebot, nett hergerichtet.

A beautiful and comfortable temporary sanctuary for a short Cambridge stay.
Pros:

We loved the 'boutique nature' of the hotel. The comfort and location was excellent and having a simple high quality breakfast sitting with a view of the park through large windows was a wonderful start to the day.

This hotel was an excellent choice and we would stay again and recommend it.
Pros:

This was nice, well thought out accommodation in a very good location. Very friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Lift. Nicely furnished room with excellent shower and kitchen, good wifi and A/C. The hooks and hanging space were excellent and there was attention to detail.

Cons:

We would have preferred some fresh Greek unsweetened yogurt at breakfast.
Parking was a bit of a hassle with luggage but that is not your fault and you explained where we could park very well in advance.

Perfect centrally located hotel in Cambridge
Pros:

This was the second time we have stayed at the Regent and once again it was very good. The staff, location and comfortable beds are particularly good.

Cons:

Only small complaints are that the breakfast would be better with a hot item or two, and we had a bigger room (the loft) last time

Pros:

Great location, good air con, very clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

Minor maintenance issue of dripping toilet and very slow fill. One day we returned to find our room door wide open, with no staff in sight. The cleaner servicing the room had left the floor (probably not for long).

Good value, good location to Cambridge historical center, very kind staff.
Pros:

Good location, 10 min walking from Cambridge historical center, on main road. Still it was not noisy. It was a very hot May weekend and staff prepared a bottle of cold water in fridge, that was life-saving! Room was comfy and sufficient for 2 persons. Nice breakfast room, very kind staff!

Cons:

Main road was being renovated so we had to switch side on pavement all the time (not hotel's fault). Aircon broke down on our last day, repair started, still it was a bit inconvenient. Actually not all UK hotels have aircon at all (like central London) so the mere presence of it was very pleasant. The hotel may want to consider serving some warm food like eggs, bacons etc. Besides, breakfast was quite ok continental, lots of buns, croissant.
