Fab stay
Pros:

The location was perfect! 10min walk to centre of Cambridge and the room had everything we needed and more (park view studio). Every member of staff was polite and welcoming and the hotel was so clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hotel muy confortable
Pros:

Hotel muy cómodo y bien situado. Con vistas a un parque precioso en la zona de desayuno. Habitación grande y muy limpia. La cama comodísima. Volveríamos a elegirlo para Cambridge!

En el apartamento no había fogones. El desayuno era algo básico.

Comfortabel, zeer goed gelegen, proper en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Pros:

Bij ontvangst zei de receptionist dat we normaal gesproken een kamer zouden krijgen aan de straatkant (erg druk!) maar hij heeft ons toch een kamer aan de achterkant (uitzicht op park) bezorgd. Heel vriendelijke jongen. De kamer was netjes en werd dagelijks opgeruimd. Veel keukenmateriaal aanwezig! Hadden we allemaal niet nodig, maar het was er wel. We hadden geen adapter voor de Britse stopcontacten meegebracht en mochten er een lenen van het hotel.

Cons:

De medewerker die de tweede dag het ontbijt te laat klaarzette. Een goedemorgen zeggen was ook te veel. De waterdruk op de douche mocht een beetje hoger.

A comfortable accommodation close to the museums
Pros:

I like the location and the cleaning. Also staff were very attentive and resolve things as quickly as possible.
There was a night the fire alarm of the whole building was activated, and they sorted it in less than 10 minutes

Cons:

I was assigned a City view room, now I believe park view is better, especially at night, from City view rooms you may hear noise from people at street partying late night.

Trip to Cambridge
Pros:

So convenient for the city. Very comfortable. Breakfast continental and good. Tea and coffee available at all times. Spotless everywhere. No noise at night from other rooms. Bathroom and towels of high quality. Staff great. Overlooks beautiful park.

Cons:

Had a city room view. A little noisy.
